This place is a treasure in Allendale. The owners put thought into decorating the dining room, and they are friendly when you walk through the door. I came here just for the barbecue, and let me tell you, it was incredible! Smoky pork, with a mustardy sauce the color of gold, and unlike any other I have tasted. Good hash is hard to make, but Big G’s obviously knows the secret. So savory and thick! Toss in 2 sides, a drink AND banana pudding, all for a $10 bill?! Respect! Worth every penny, and then some. I’d drive the 52 miles again just to eat here. Seriously.
