Fast, accurate orders. I ordered online. In the comments I asked that they thoroughly bake a deep dish pizza Detroit-style & they did what they were asked After the height of the pandemic I found that take orders are generally filled in a sloppy, incomplete fashion (stuff not packed, wrong stuff packed, etc.) – not here. Super professional! Will start tipping ahead, here only, so far.

I thought I was going to be making a change with pizza places. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese light sauce and 4 other vegetables. I tasted nothing but bread, I’m so dissatisfied. I’m not sure why these pizza places don’t put extra cheese on pizza when people order extra cheese, there was no pulling a part of the cheese. I barely even tasted the cheese. Very disappointed.. It was if each piece had one thing on it. I tasted one banana pepper. I tasted one artichoke. I barely tasted any onion at all. I’m not sure where the toppings were. Or the pizza or the sauce. They should’ve just said here’s your bread.

I’ve never had a bad experience/order from here! It’s so easy to place an order, delivery/pick up estimates tend to be spot on and everything is made fresh and delivered hot and with care. Great employees make this location the best one around.

Pizza is normally good, but we did not get the flavored crust on our order last night and the garlic cheesebread was overcooked, dry, and 90% bread with very little cheese. Very disappointing purchase of $50. I dont know if I’ll be returning after this recent visit, unfortunately.

Ordered online and I don’t know what your experience has been, but it seems like the estimated time of pick, usually isn’t real accurate. Not the case with Cottage Inn in Holt! My pizza and breadsticks were piping hot, fresh! And man, the crew inside were busting their butts! It was Friday night around 9pm and orders were just pouring in. When I picked up my order, the card reader was giving the cashier a little trouble but he kept his cool and helped the customer in front of me with a smile the whole time. You could see the teamwork going on in the back and that everyone was doing their part to pull together and keep the pizzas flying out of the oven. I was just overwhelming impressed with the quality of my pizza and the customer service I received. I eat out more than I care to admit, and these last few years, it is hard to find a place where the employees don’t hate their jobs and let it show. So, if the owner/manager of this Cottage Inn is reading this, please! Take care of your employees! They handled a Very Busy Friday night like a well oiled machine and that my friend, is how you keep your customers happy.
