The staff members were very nice, and the food was pretty good. The rice was a little dry. We did the BOGO free. What a great deal! Hope it doesn’t go away anytime soon so we can come back with our friends. After Freebirds we went across to get some delicious frozen yogurt. (My faves are mango habanero, avocado, and taro.)

I won’t be ordering anything from there again even with the scare chipotle had they still winning. I paid for double meat. There is literally 2 tablespoons of meat on here. Some may think that’s a smalll thing but I paid for What I wanted. This is so frustrating. But no worries. I won’t be back

I got a steak burrito with fillings and it was horrible, had to spit out multiple bites of steak that tasted like old meat, the lettuce was also not fresh. Nothing in this burrito tasted good and hopefully I wont get sick. Will obviously never order from here again.

Normally I would say this place is pretty decent to eat at but as of last 3 times it has continuously gotten worse. Normally order nachos from this restaurant but now there is barely even enough cheese given to drizzle about 3rd of the chips. I’d ask for normal amount given in past told you have to pay extra charge. Not sure what has changed in this place recently but probably will not come back for a while because of it.

Today we went to the Freebirds World Burrito in Allen on Stacy Road and the food is absolutely phenomenal! This is the second order that we’ve had this week alone. The first visit was on September 18th. I had the chicken burrito bowl and my two teenagers had a burrito. Hands down the options that they give are great! So much to choose from and they have more than one type of tortilla. The first time I had the cauliflower rice with my bowl and it was pretty good. I love the fact that they have several different types of sauce that you can add to your bowl or burrito. They even give you the option of adding it to the side . Even more than one type of ranch. My order today was a burrito and it was huge. There’s more than one different size available for the burrito. It’s definitely better than Chipotle! The service was great and when we placed our order online it was ready within 15 minutes for us to pick up. We would definitely continue ordering and also forgot to mention that the ingredients taste fresh. They’re not stingy with the toppings or the protein that you choose. Unlike Chipotle, who only gives you a few pieces of meat. Don’t get me wrong I like Chipotle as well but if I had a choice between the two it would definitely be Freebirds. Good food and even great service! I included a photo of my burrito and that is only half of it. It literally took up my whole plate. It definitely looks better in person but I didn’t opt for any sauce today. Y’all have to go and visit the Allen location ASAP.

Food was awful, you can go to Taco Bell for the same awful taste and less than half the price here. Portions on burritos were stingy. Employee’s were sitting on counters where they prepared to-go orders. Queso was good though! I’ll stick to chipotle #chipotleftw
