Food was great and the price was right, Got a huge burrito for 10 dollars! They had no ice which was kinda a bummer and the seating arrangement was kinda stupid I couldn’t back up my chair without hitting the guy behind me, and to top it off the table had a giant metal beam right in the middle of my legs so it was almost impossible to get in and out

Although the food was fine, we’d never return based on the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant. There was so much food on the floors and tables and chairs. And the bathrooms were gross. Toilets desperately needed cleaning and several very large bugs – spiders, crickets, etc (dead and alive) on the floors/walls.

I don’t know what’s up with Chipotle lately, but every time something is off. Either the chicken is overcooked and crispy/burnt, the chicken is gristly, or the rice is crunchy because it’s undercooked. It’s always something lately, including today; the rice was undercooked and crunchy.

We went here after working very hard at work me and my boyfriend and the food was good. Chipotle’s always good because it’s very tasty. The The reason I’m getting it four stars is because they were out of ice and it’s very hot here today in Texas it was a hundred and four degrees was the high so I really needed ice but sometimes restaurants run out of things and I guess that’s fine. The place was a little crowded and the table we sat down out was dirty but they were also very busy so they may be could not have gotten to that table to clean it. We also went during lunch and that’s why it was busy.

The food was extremely fresh, and delicious. All of the meat was hot like it just came off the grill. The staff was friendly and courteous and gave generous portions of meat. The facilities were clean. The inside does seem quite a bit smaller inside than most. Not good for a huge group.

Ordered in person less then 10 minutes ago. not only did the throw it together and paid little to no attention to what I was asking for there is a sticker from produce in my meal. It’s apparent that they really do not care. I am grossed out and don’t even want my food. It’s also the most BLAND chipotle I have ever gotten. The rice had no seasoning or cilantro in it. tasteless.

We were looking for something relatively quick, but not fast food. We came up with Chipotle and drive an extra 50 miles even though we were all hungry and ready for a break from driving on our long road trip from Longview. Great food! Relaxing environment and convenient to the Highway.
