Each visit reveals a distressing lack of cleanliness inside. Overflowing trash and consistently dirty tables are a constant sight. It seems their attention is solely on food preparation, leaving the dining area neglected. One shudders to think of the state of their kitchen. Staff is rude and doesn’t listen to you. I walked in with my kids and ordered food. Kids were crying with hunger and nobody was listening. I waited more than half an hour but nobody handed me food. When I asked to cancel my order, a worker gave an ironic smile and started looking on the other side.

I pulled up to the drive through at 9:52 pm when they close at 11 and they told me they are closed. I have never heard of McDonald’s closing before 10 and it is very frustrating. I was so hungry and didn’t have much money so I came here after my long shift. I talked to two other people who came up to get food as well that were upset. To the owner of this McDonald’s, if the google maps hours are incorrect, update your hours. I’m not normally bothered by problems with McDonald’s since it is McDonald’s and I never expect much, but as a person who is also a food service worker I know that the bare minimum is staying open until your posted hours, or at least not closing over an hour before the real closing time.
