Pho Tibet is my absolute favorite pho restaurant I have ever been to. I have two t-shirts from here and whenever I’m in the area I make it a point to go out of my way to eat here. I cannot spread the gospel of Pho Tibet enough – you NEED to go here ASAP.

Vegan friendly. The pho was good but I wish the veggies were cooked a little more. Too raw for my liking. The flavor of the broth was good!

Avoid at all costs. This is rare for me to write a bad review. This place has the worst service and their food is UN-authentic. It was only our table and one other table with customers, yet the one server could not bother to refill our water glasses nor ask how our food was and if we needed anything. The jasmine green tea had no flavor at all. When I asked for it to be returned to the kitchen the server refused to take it back. The server was rude and unprofessional. We left the restaurant with a very negative experience. Do not go here if you actually like eating good food. Note to self: I will never enter this restaurant again!

Decided to try Pho Tibet on a whim. Ordered the lemongrass chicken over vermicelli, shrimp pho, and the mixed momo (8 dumplings: 3 beef, 3 chicken and 2 vegetable). Pho was good, tasted even better with the spicy chile that comes with the dumplings. Lemongrass chicken over vermicelli was delicious. Didn’t enjoy the dumplings too much, vegetable was the best in my opinion; beef flavor was too heavy and the chicken dumpling I ate had 2 chewy ligament pieces that threw me off. However, my boyfriend enjoyed the dumplings, he really liked the beef and vegetable ones. I’d come here again.

After our hike to Bonticou Peak my friends and I went for a very well deserved lunch and Pho Tibet was great.

Stopped by on a day trip to New Paltz. So glad I chose this place. The service was friendly and efficient. The dumplings were amazing, the chicken bahmi was tasty and well dressed and the Short rib Pho was the show stealer. I have a feeling you can’t go wrong no matter what you order. I will be back often to try new dishes.

Had lunch on a Saturday and was happy they were able to accommodate a party of 7 with no issues. We had the Pho Tibet Special and Beef Pho as entrees. Both had tasty broths, if I had to pick one over the other, I’d go with the Special as it was more savory. We also ordered the Avocado Summer Rolls and an order of Vegetable Momo. Both were nice appetizers, though some in our party thought the Beef Momo they ordered was a little bland, vegetable momo was flavorful however. Overall, the food was nice and for a good price too. We did need to repeatedly ask for some of the food and drinks we ordered and the matching amount of silverware per person from the server, which wasn’t the best as they weren’t slammed, but we were understanding.

Hidden in plain sight! This place is a gem in New Paltz. We had the “specil” with braised short rib and a pineapple sauce; in pho as well as vermicelli bowls. Delightful! Definitely will be back.
