We just moved here wanted to check it out and our food was so nasty the lobby was completely disgusting not a clean table at all and as I am looking for a clean table they bring our food out and I made a statement about trying to find a clean table and she just followed me around with our food didn’t offer to clean a table or anything so I used napkins to try to clean the best I could then we pull our food out and my onion rings were so crunchy you split them and there is no onion left in them all our food was disgusting my husband is still in there bathroom sick then some elderly folks come in they said the same thing no clean tables . Then what looks to be the manager walks around pushing in chairs but doesn’t clean any tables while we are sitting there. I would not eat here again if it’s the last place to eat. Corner of king st and Iowa. They went and asked my husband to leave because he is sick in their bathroom from their food. Awesome accustomed service. NOT worst place here

Excellent location super fast service I got the chicken strips I didn’t realize it came with gravy and toast it was really good. We also got dessert that was delicious too nice customer service the inside smells a little bit like it could be cleaned a little more thoroughly but that didn’t stop us.

Online menu clearly states you get a double cheeseburger, fries, drink, and a sundae for $6. For a dollar more you can turn that sundae into a blizzard. This location will give you a single patty burger combo for $7 and $2 upgrade. Management said it is because of inflation, I say it’s because of greed from the owner of this franchise

I asked them if they had avocado and they hung up on me. Instead of realizing that’s the new blizzard flavor, or ASKING, they just decided its a prank call immediately and hang up before I can clarify. I mean how lame can you be? Terrible customer service.

Had a hankering for a chili dog and DQ’s is great. If the chili is fresh, the bun steamed, and it’s served hot. None of these were true at this drive-thru! In fact, everything on our order was subpar. Service was fast, but all of our food has surpassed its hold time – fast isn’t great when served bad food.

My 8 yr old daughter & I came to eat after her softball game tonight. We sat in the lobby and on our way out I ordered a small blizzard to go, after waiting 14 minutes with no one else in the lobby needing to be served I finally spoke up & reminded them we are still waiting for the small blizzard. Another couple of minutes pass and I receive the small blizzard only to see chocolate & strawberry all over the sides I politely ask for napkins to clean the sides & even though I’d like to say something I keep quiet & start wiping. As I’m cleaning off the sides the Manager named Heather very rudely tells me to move away from the counter to clean up the cup.( I was off to the side) I said im just cleaning up the blizzard i waited quite a while to get. She replied with ” it wasnt even that long” I told her she needs to find a new job because customer service is obviously not the job for her. She then started saying something that didn’t even make sense ” you shouldn’t be in customer service either” I said I’m not! I told her I’d be reporting her to corporate I’ve never been treated this way by a restaurant manager EVER my 8 yr old and I got her name and left but we will never return! Absolutely a disgusting woman. Sorry DQ find a better manager to represent your establishment!

DQ always makes me feel like a kid again. My dad would sometimes take me there and I would always finish with a hot fudge Sunday. I still love those Sundays. Now much of the menus changed and some of my old favorites are gone but all the good was still as good as ever and the restaurant was very nice, orderly and clean! In fact hands down the cleanest I have ever seen a fast food joint! From the bathrooms to the dining room for I give them an A+ on the cleanliness! So to recap. Good food, good service, nice and clean environment. I would give it 5 stars across the board but because it’s a fast food place I just can’t do that.
