When I asked for an order update, I was told my food was given to another person and I would have to still wait. I instead asked for a refund which was never given. It’s been 10 days since then. We came to this location for the first time ever on 5-2-23 45 Min away from home. Whitney our car hop was the sweetest girl! The app wasn’t working and when we realized we didn’t have my cards with me I started to panic. She was so kind to us and tried helping and ultimately took care of us. The burrito I ordered was great. I also got a slushee, when I pushed the button to tell them there was barely any syrup in the drink, Steve blamed it on the slushee machine. The slushees get pumps of syrup, that doesn’t come out of the machine. I asked if there was a way to get more syrup and was declined to make this right.
