The pho is ok but their bun Bo hue is the best i have ever had. Their spring rolls were large and delicious but it’s just too much cabbage and not enough noodles. The taro smoothie is one of the best, but the tapioca pearls were too soft.

This place doesn’t get as much credit as it should! It’s such a gem. Their food is always so delicious. My go-to spot when I’m around the St. Paul Midway-Snelling area! Spacious, clean, and the owners that serve you are super nice. You get seated right away & food comes out quick! The eggrolls are huge and delicious. Their pho dishes are packed with just enough noodles & meats. Pho is always consistent and truly one of the best in MN, imo. Try them out! They also have a variety of dishes to choose from including boba tea drinks. Highly recommend!

I had the pho and it was average to good at best. Nothing special about it but the broth was fresh and light more like a springtime soup. Also the ingredients was fresh and tasty. Very moderate portions even after finishing the regular size bowl I was still hungry. I could have ordered some egg rolls or wings or something of that nature and would have been satisfied for lunch. My food came out hot and fast, and they use quality cuts of meat for their beef pho. You might not be blown away by the decorations or the friendliness but it is quiet and the food is pricey but pretty good and fresh.

Food was delicious! The menu was pretty extensive with a lot of different rice, noodle and soup dished. I got #37 which was a noodle salad with grilled pork and a pork egg roll. It came with house fish sauce which was *chef’s kiss* perfect. It was salty and savory with a hint of sweet with no overpowering fishy flavor like some have. They also had a yummy chili type sauce, soy sauce, hoisen sauce and chili in oil at the table. Service was great and food was served quickly and was very fresh. I enjoyed my experience here and would for sure recommend if you want a quick bite of great food for lunch or dinner. They also had pho which I adore, but it was a very hot day outside, so I decided on the noodle salad. I am betting the pho is amazing though. This is the kind of place where I am sure no matter what you order is delicious!

This was awesome! The spring rolls were jam packed with shrimp and meat, and the delicious egg roll and pork vermicelli salad was a perfect portion with fresh ingredients. The service was kind and quick. You walk up to the front to pay. Parking wise – there is a parking lot so it’s very convenient.

Second time I’ve had dinner at Pho Pasteur and I absolutely love it. Hands down the best pho, thr broth is great flavor, the meat was nice and tenderness, the serving size is awesome. I shared the XL beef pho tonight with my husband and we’ve shared the regular size here before. Tonight we had thr xl beef pho #44 and the #A12 that is the Vietnamese roll roll is was heavenly with the hot eggroll in the center for a spring roll and they were giant! We left full and content. Staff is aways super friendly. There is parking outside the building for customers and seems to be the happening spot, lots of pickup orders and people dining in. There are restrooms within as well.

First time here and definitely won’t be my last. Service was really fast with just 2 people running the front. We ordered a bowl of of oxtail pho, but they were out and did not have enough for a bowl of pho and was in the process of making more, but the lady did accommodate us by asking them to just bring the remainder of the oxtail on the side with the pho dac biet pho. We also orderes the butterfly shrimp, and it was also delicious. The lady was super sweet, she definitely treats all her customers with love.
