Says they are open til 3am, but they are randomly closed for 30 minutes. The guy at the drive thru forced me to cancel my online order. Taco Bell, please get your s*** together and start paying your employees a livable wage so they can actually have the number of people needed to staff their restaurant and stay open for the hours you have posted. Food was decent and the service was okay. My order went through very easily and I received everything correctly. The problem I do have, and this is not the first time I’ve had this issues is the burritos were place on top of my tacos which were in the bottom of the bag so not only were my tacos crushed but they were soggy as well. I had one taco so crushed it was leaking out all the sour cream. Decent food but they really need to learn how to put the item in the bag in an appropriate way.

Shoutout to the guy that works the drive-thru, screw all the bad reviews on him. Interacted a few times with him and he’s just a guy making the best situation from a less ideal job. My GF and I find him amusing and will definitely be returning to this Taco Bell, regardless of our order being correct or not.

This Taco Bell is disgusting and so is the staff, I ordered a Mexican pizza and this is what it looked like!! What I’m the world is this…. I took it back and the manager just gave me my money back… didn’t apologize didn’t say can we remake it nothing! They are not professional they are not courteous they are not empathetic nothing the worst experience! I had to drive to Hebron Taco Bell just to get a fresh and edible meal and Hebron Taco Bell did not disappoint me!

Iced coffee is not hot coffee poured over a little ice and served with melted ice to make watered down Luke warm dishwater. Then when I asked for a refund they tried to pour the watered down Luke warm dishwater looking stuff over ice. And then looked at me like I was stupid when telling them I just wanted a refund.
