Once again at the Lakeland Highlands location the order was wrong for the second time. When I called and asked for the manager, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of “Will” (who sounded like a teenager and high on something because you couldn’t understand him) and he hung up on me. Is this how you treat your customers at this location? I was not yelling nor was I using any profanity. The girl at the drive through window could barely look at you and had absolutely no personality whatsoever. Way to go Arby’s! Is this the way you are training your associates in how to treat your customers now? I will absolutely be passing the word along to many, many people to steer clear of this location.

Came here for the comments and they did not disappoint!! Close this place down…if you’re going to hire people who don’t want to do this job and can’t find anyone but rude, hateful attitude and downright embarrassing to the whole franchise, just close. The person taking the orders this evening she was awful and hates the job it’s evident and I thought it couldn’t get worse until I pulled up to the window and was met with someone who has no business working in any field that involves humans or anything that requires oxygen to live…this person needs to really go home…neither one of this women want to do this job, nor do they want to interact with people…so too the Franchise owner, is this what you want representing your business…if so your going to go broke!

Givin them a try twice now. I doubt I’ll go back. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. restaurant was clean. My complaint is on the amount of meat they put on their sandwiches at this location. I’d say 25% of what you see on any of the pictures. $9 sandwich with one layer of thin meat. Ridiculous.

Yikes guys…your food is literally thrown together. Had to go back because food was missing…on 2 separate occasions. Customer service is not friendly at all. For a new store, I thought you’d be more of a blessing to our area than a curse. I even gave you guys a few tries. We’ll continue to get great service and food from the Wendy’s across the street. Maybe you should collaborate with management over there to learn a thing or two. For the price of your food…you should definitely care a bit more about your quality all around.

I’ve stopped here to grab a quick bite to eat before work a couple times now and even though the drive-through line can be as long as starbucks’ at times, the food and drink options are of high quality & is always worth the wait. The staff are great too! I do wish their large drinks were larger but that’s really just a pet peeve. Looks like the Wendy’s across the street has some serious competition.

Arby’s has finally opened close enough to me to become a habit. This location has short lines, good order accuracy, and fresh curly fries. Service has been good and for only being open a short time it seems to be running smoothly. It has the same food quality you find at other locations which is what you want from a chain.

I went at 1215 today drive thru for my 30 min lunch. It was horrible unfriendly taking order to start order the chicken salad pecan sandwich meal asked for curly fries and coke with light ice. The sandwich was literally thrown together, bread was opposite sides from each other.not cut in half but a knife was thrown in the bag??? There wasn’t hardly any chicken salad and whole grapes act ually fell out and onto the floor of my truck. Mostly bread and lettuce. What c salad was there had zero taste. My curly fries were mixed with regular fries. My coke had extra ice instead of light ice. And I didn’t get a straw. Horrible all the way around and I was looking forward to it. Last one I had a few years off memorial Blvd in Lakeland was absolutely . For a new establishment, I’m shocked

The store is new. I don’t like fast food but I came because I figured it would be clean. Waited until they opened for the day. The doors were so dirty for m prints obviously from yesterday. The girl who took order couldn’t muster a smile. Rude. The come was out. Why first thing when u open. I told them behind the counter. The girl said nothing in reply but walked away told manager who leaned around the counter and said I KNOW . Then they both ignored us. SO RUDE here. The workers look miserable.not eating here again.
