I absolutely enjoyed the Lemon Chicken. It was wonderful. The syrup was a little heavy but completely enjoyable. Also, the best egg drop soup ever. The service was great today and we had 11 people with us. I Will visit again. Thank you!

I don’t understand the bad reviews! We ordered delivery and the food was AMAZING! The sesame chicken was super crispy and tasty. My fiance got the chicken and broccoli and said it was really good as well. Their hot and sour soup is some of the best I’ve ever had! On top of all of that, the food was still steamy hot when we dug in. I’ll definitely be getting more food from Rose Garden 🙂 thanks for the food!

Seems like it might have new owners. Not as good as it has been in the past. They no longer have Iced Tea which seems odd. Soda in cans only or hot tea. No longer has pictures on the walls and has gone to paper menus.

So sad. I’ve been coming here for 20 years and ordered today to learn that new management changed all the recipes. The hot and sour soup used to be the best around and the sesame chicken was so dark and saucy. What I received today was just basic. Not necessarily bad, but definitely not worth driving out of my way to pickup and so much worse than it used to be. Can get the same generic taste from any Chinese restaurant. So bummed.

Been coming here for 10+ years and I am so disappointed… Come to find out there are new owners food is not the same chicken is over battered and sauce is so generic. Sesame Chicken was way too sweet. Even my 6 year old son wouldn’t eat it. Waste of money… Would of rather had panda express.

I’m so disappointed. This has been our weekly go to place for 8 years. Just last month we ordered our normal and everything is different and not in a positive way. The fried rice lacked flavor and now has peas. Also no longer serving soup with entrees. We will now have to find a new Chinese restaurant. So bummed!

New owners have improved the quality of the food substantially. Food is fresher, not overcooked. We have done carry out and dine in. Service is great and staff is friendly. Great spot for low-key but very good Chinese dinner. Reason for four stars is decor needs updating.

Unfortunately this restaurant has gone down hill. We would frequent here for years but this last time we went the food was so bad we won’t be coming back. The dumplings tasted and looked like the frozen ones we can get at the grocery store. The sweet and sour was too sour and had a weird consistency. The sesame chicken was almost too sweet and didn’t taste like I know it should. And the beef in the beef linen tasted like it was boiled. I was so disappointed to spend $50+ for some really poor quality Chinese food and won’t be coming back.

Great customer service, and very delicious food! I understand they have gone under new management and the food has changed, but the food is still just as good as before and the customer service is still amazing if not better!! Highly recommended.

Been coming here since I was a child. New management made some terrible changes. They ruined everything. If I could give zero stars I would. Ruined the best Chinese restaurant within an hour of Boulder. So disappointing. Every time I’ve moved I’ve stayed going here monthly, the teriyaki chicken was the best I’ve ever had. The sauce isn’t even the same anymore. Used to be worth driving 50 minutes, now it isn’t even worth going to at all. Compared to what it once was, it’s barely better than Panda Express. Unappetizing. Give us back the old food.
