The Hall was my favorite spot when I worked on a project in Chicago and it’s been a couple of years since I’ve been back. AND to my surprise, I discovered this yummy spot!

I was not too impressed. I had al pastor, which wasn’t bad, the Chicken and rice, which was lackluster, and spinach, which was so-so. These empanadas aren’t good enough to justify a $20 meal either way (side and drink). The cold elotes is bad. It’s watery and doesn’t have much flavor.

I used to work here when I lived in Chicago and I still get cravings for the chorizo empanadas and the house made Morita and Serrano sauces all the time. Quick and delicious! I was treated very well when I worked here too. Steven and Matt are great guys! Quickest place to eat around if you’re in a hurry but don’t want to sacrifice taste. Dessert and veggies options as well.

The spinach and cheese were definitely my favorite. It’s almost reminded me of saag paneer. Also the rice and beans were brilliant.

3rd time ordering and the empanadas are amazing thank you. Chicken and rice is always amazing and the pork with pineapple. Yum.

Maybe the other savory empanadas are good and the caramelized apple but the Nutella banana had rotten black bananas and very liquidy Nutella and an overall disgusting taste and look

Some of the best empanadas I have ever had. Loved the chorizo and the chicken and rice.

The empanadas are super delicious, fluffy and fresh. Especially enjoyed the fajitas and the chorizo with cheese empanadas. If you are really hungry, the chimichanga with chorizo is also really good and has rice and beans inside. The sauces are also really good but options can be too many as you only get once sauce with each empanada. recommend the Green japapeño salsa and the sour cream. The staff is also very friendly friendly. One of the tastiest options at Revival Food Hall. I hope the other locations are just as good.

I came here during a lunch rush and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the line moved. My empanadas were delicious, but the sauces were the best part. I wonder if they sell those in bulk, because they’re so good!
