Ordered Firehouse Subs online on a Friday evening. They did not disappoint at all! We ordered the Cold Italian, the Cheesesteak, and the Triple Stack.

Firehouse has always been pricey, but it was always worth the trade off because you got a good loaded sandwich. Now though you are getting something that is a good 60% bread at higher prices. Less food for more money…the math doesn’t add up. If this is a corporate policy then god help this company…

One of my favorite subs in Las Vegas. I’ve ordered Firehouse twice recently and it was great both times. I’ve tried 5 subs and they were all delicious. My favorite is the bbq brisket and cheddar sub. Firehouse is always accurate making their orders, which I appreciate because I don’t like onions. I’ll continue to get Firehouse subs, at least once/month.

Omgoodness, talk about the absolute best in customer service! Tennessee is the type of personality you wish you could encounter everyday in businesses. She is engaging, friendly and professional. This review is BEFORE I tried the subs lol.* Can’t wait to try them in a few hours.

Entire restaurant was filthy. Credit card machine filthy. Drink machine filthy. Napkin/straw/lid area filthy. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Don’t look behind the drink machine; more filth. This was not just un-tidy; this was built up filth & grime for weeks/months. Food was decent but now my stomach hurts. Firehouse is one of my favorite sandwich places but this was a disgrace.

I like Firehouse Sub. This is one of my favorite submarine sandwich shops in the Vegas valley. Personally the meatball/marinara, turkey & cheese, and their Italian sandwiches are my favorite so far. This is a great lication, with plenty of parking. They have a great soft drink machine and a super friendly staff. Check them out, if you’ve never been.

Incredibly annoying, lazy, dishonest employees and management. I had been coming to this location for years and liked it, very close to my work. About a year or so ago they started closing the bathrooms to the public. Post handwritten signs on them saying out of order, and other lies, but then they will tell you they just close them if asked because they don’t feel like cleaning them. Been consistent now for a long time, so it’s just their new policy of the current workers and managers. I can’t believe a company would tolerate a store to just decide this on their own as it’s lazy, dishonest, unprofessional and horrible customer service. Can’t wash your hands or anything because they’re just too lazy. It’s gotten very slow to get a sandwich as well. I will never, never go back to what used to be my favorite sandwich shop. Amazing how decisions of a bad few can lose customers for life.

Maybe the staff should be concerned about the customer’s orders and less concerned about sitting there joking and talking each with each other incessantly and while you’re at it since you have all that free time won’t you try wiping down a table or two it’s disgusting
