Employees are very friendly. Unfortunately, got my order wrong twice in a row. Wings are inconsistent. Sometimes good, sometimes chewy. Someone’s have enough sauce, sometimes barely any sauce at all. A focus on quality control could go a long way. Won’t be going back.

The last couple of times I have eaten there , I was pleasantly surprised how good the wings and fries were. Several times before that I was disappointed because the wings were very small and dried out. I decided to go back and give it a try again, after not going for several weeks. I’m glad I did because it was very good, the wings were bigger and meatier, also much fresher than before. Also the service was much faster than usual, hope they keep up the good work!

They have no idea what a gluten-free chicken wing even is. Hint! It has no coatings. The staff on the phone had a hardwire with basic English and hung up on me. Went Inside and left total dump! Health department definitely needs to make multiple visits here.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I ordered online around 730PM (ten wings, veggies and drink) received a time frame of about 28 minutes. I was unable to pay for the order online because they did not have payment capabilities. I arrived at 750pm and there were more people waiting for their orders than actual people dining. (There was 24 customers waiting and 2 eating their food.) I paid and then they made me wait an additional 30 minutes. It was crazy. They just kept taking more orders and more people kept coming in but they put out and order like every ten minutes. We had plans to go see a movie and wanted to get something to eat for our teenage son, so we couldn’t leave. If you order from here use door dash or some food takeout delivery so you dont have to wait in person. If you want to dine in go elsewhere. I couldn’t tell you how the food was because they killed that experience.

This place has gone straight down hill we will no longer order from this place. We ordered last week a 30 piece wing and asked for extra crispy and we very clear. We got the wings and the were not crispy at all we called and had them remake them and they were worse then the first time. The gave us a credit and we ordered them again and the were again not crispy. Pretty sad when you explaine and tell them extra crispy and your wings are slimy again for the 3rd time. We Will never go back there again. Very disappointing!
