This is a fantastic hamburger chain. It’s Santa Barbara’s equivalent of In n Out Burger. I got a Double Charburger with Fries and they were both hot and fresh. The staff is friendly and free parking in lot. Easy in-app ordering for takeout too

I ordered onion rings from the Habit in Pasadena , The evening work crew never gets the order right. I requested them to please do not overcook my onion rings, and of course, they are so overcooked that they will cut your mouth and cut your gums. When they are that overdone, they don’t even taste like onion rings, They taste like oil from the deep fryer. Very disappointing. There is always someone at the register who doesn’t know what they are doing , and really, the manager is like a kid. And he doesn’t know how to handle when an issue comes up, and the young man’s very rude. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
