Came through at around 12:30 am and got a fairly complex order and I wasn’t able to catch her name, but a gal with curly hair helped me. She was very pleasant and helpful, and she also made order perfectly. Excellent customer service from her even at such a late hour! my friend and I went there to get a quick meal and omg the workers were so nice to us one of them gave me 2 extra sides for free because of the wait but i really didn’t mind waiting at all. i don’t know any of their names i wish i would’ve remembered to ask but they were so kind so thank you to the girl that charged me and the guy that walked my food out☺️ we luv u guys

Used Mobile app to order food at to have it picked up at 1:30. Went and there was no one in line but they were “very busy” there was no one in the drive thru nor the check in line inside. The girl brought my food that they made when I put in the order. It was sitting out for two hours and the drinks were sweating from condensation and flat. I told her the pick up was for 1:30 she said they could put it in the heat rack for 10 minutes. I was very bothered they did not offer to make me a fresh batch but at the moment I needed to go since I am on a timed lunch. I opened the bag to find soft flimsy crunch tacos and soft tacos that were soggy. She even said they were ready to throw it away. But did not bother to offer fresh ones knowing they had been there for a while. Very disappointed and called customer service to file a complaint. I’ll make sure if I order food in person

Drive thru was fast. It’a a bit sketchy to get in from Van Buren side, so I’d recommend turning right on the crossing street and enter from that side.

Just drove by. Sign says open. Walked up to the door and it was locked. We knocked and the little girl worker, who was inside, just walked away, rather than talking to us. Was too scared to go thru the drive through, just in case the service was even worse.

Just ordered menu #1 supreme crunchy taco today and they forgot my sour cream. Why don’t you guys always double check to make sure you guys put the right order in the bag. Its a lot of hassle for a customer to go back and get the right order.

My friends and I were laughing at a video and one of the workers decided to kick us out saying that we were being “disrespectful” when all we were doing was laughing. We were not looking at her or talking about her. When we went in there again she said we had lost our privileges to be there. So my friends and I decided to leave just so we wouldn’t cause trouble but one of my friends needed to use the bathroom before we left, then the worker who I believe is the manager didn’t even let my friend use the bathroom and said we had lost all privileges to be there and that we had to get our food and leave, we’re kids. This is not the first time she yells at us for something that wasn’t our fault.
