Great food with a variety of selections. Just really wish there were a few more common options for entre’s. Other than that, it is a highly recommended place for Chinese cuisine. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable with the items on the menu. This was in a great location on Iowa street near plenty of shopping and other resteraunts.

I love panda express! Use to work at one when I was younger. I have came to this location a few times and I’m always disappointed. The food doesn’t taste like the other ones. Very bland. I don’t think there putting enough Seasoning or sauces???

Walking into this location and there is soapy water all over the lobby floor at 8pm they’re open until 9pm. No ice for the drink machine. No chow mein for the rest of the evening, again it’s 8pm. Employees are cleaning the hood vent area and filters to include spraying cleaner while another employee is still cooking under the hoods. Completely unacceptable and unsafe to be doing while still preparing food. Unsanitary environment all around, I’d suggest going elsewhere.

I have terminal bone cancer and have great difficulty walking. I parked in the handicap space closest to the front door and called. Joanne answered the phone. I explained my situation and asked if someone could bring out my already paid for to-go online order. She said they don’t do that. So I struggled to get in the restaurant with my 2 canes. The doors and door handles were grimy and disgusting. The floors were coated with grime and had a coating of trash everywhere. The place smelled like a dirty armpit. Nobody helped me. All the employees were unfriendly and acted like they didn’t want to be here. I will NEVER come back here again. The mom and pop Chinese restaurants around town cook better, clean better, and take care of their customers way better than this disgusting excuse for a restaurant ever will. Thanks for nothing.

The food was outstanding. The service was friendly. It is a fast food place, I don’t expect 5 star service or atmosphere. The place was clean, the servers were fast and friendly. I will return.

I don’t know what is going on with this location (Iowa St). I get off work around 7:30pm during the weekdays and pick up food for me and my family. I work literally across the street. So by the time I get there, it’s maybe 7:40. All 3 times this week. Half of their stuff was out. And they weren’t willing to make more for the customers. This is busy store I’m sure, being located in a college town. So to see customers walking out each time clearly upset that half of the menu is already unavailable is obviously bad business. They had already cleaned a lot of the dishes already and were scrubbing the walls at 7:40pm!!! They are supposed to close at 9pm. And I have confirmed this with the employees each time I have came in. One time my son said he still wanted me to pick up something for him from there, so I got him orange chicken and brown rice. The orange chicken was as hard as a rock. This is all within the past month. Don’t get me wrong, I know there is a staff shortage all over, but that is not the case here. I’ve been eating here for the last 8 years because the food was always good, but I can no longer eat here, nor can I recommend it to any of my coworkers anymore. I really do hope things get fixed there.

Good location !!!!! The orange chicken wasn’t fresh. Tables were really clean. Unfortunately, their soda machine was down. An overall good vibe

My noodles and rice was under cooked. They need to take lessons from the Panda Express in California. As the saying goes if you can’t cook stay out of the kitchen.
