The restaurant was dirty, the bathrooms were out of order, the one side ice machine was broken, and the employees were outside when we got there. And this was just the start. For a place that is “home of the thick burger” the burgers were tissue paper thin and tepid despite taking forever to actually come out. Quite literally the only thing good at the restaurant was the fries. Won’t be going back here.

First of all, can I give 10 stars for service? They deserve it. An employee even brought a box and bag to the table so we could take the leftovers. Wow. Now the food is fantastic. The best fast food place you can go! Burgers are char grilled way better than the king can do it. Juicy and flavorful. Frys and onion rings are top of the game. Come and get it, you’ll thank me later.

I routinely get breakfast from here, usually delivered. I must mention the woman that works in the morning at the Arlington rd akron location is a GEM. She goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy, orders are correct, & food is hot. She is very polite and always has a positive attitude. She deserves recognition for sure.

Was just at this location. Ordered 30-some dollars worth of food. Got home and ALL 5 cinnamon rolls were NOT ICED. Was at their competitors location at Gilchrist Rd. Right off of the interstate. The ONLY person working that weekend was by herself, being bombarded with Doordash orders, on top of having to deal with the time change and STILL got our order right. We will, for now on, go out of our way to get Hardee’s at the Gilchrist location (it’s a further distance than this one) to ensure we get our order done right. Customers beware.

I’m done with this place, not sure if it’s lack of staff/management, etc….but it’s nowhere near as good as it was when they opened. I had a few good experiences here then it seems lately it’s just awful. Stuff missing from bags, orders not being made right, it’s many things contributing. This was the last straw, $22 for chicken tenders, fries…only to see a container full of scorched meat. As soon as it was opened, you could smell the burnt coating. Either they were overcooked from the start or they were put back into hot oil to re heat them…at any rate, I’ll never waste my money there ever again.

The cook and the people there today Tuesday 2:43 PM was the best Burger I’ve had in 10 years the bun was fresh the mushroom and Swiss was unbelievably good that cheese was dripping off Sandwich the fries were hot all for 10 bucks it was a 12 on a scale of 1 the 10 I’m gonna come here every time if I’m in Akron Enjoy

Horrible service. Pulled up at 930 to order breakfast and nobody knew that their sign was still on dinner. Took 20 minutes to get two sandwiches and hash browns that had old french fries mixed in them. I will agree this place is horrible.
