We went here on a casual date night and really enjoyed it! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious! We had the pork buns, and then I had the Texas ramen and my husband had the bulgogi ramen. We both enjoyed them. The portions were large…there’s no way I could eat the larger serving! We will definitely be back!

Casual and clean with a friendly staff. Has a neighborhood hangout feel. They will be serving sake and Japanese beers when permitting is approved. Investigate the Japanese Soda and spicy Korean fried Ramen if you can handle heat. Texas Ramen had sliced smoked brisket and traditional pork . Lot more than Ramen. Bulgogi is available for a bowl meal.

What an amazing restaurant! The food was great, it was clean, and the service top tier! Also, I spilled my water everywhere and the staff was so sweet about it. I was so embarrassed, but they were so nice. Thank you!

Nice little neighborhood, great for a quick ramen hit instead of driving in to town. Soft opening still so maybe they will fix some of the things i found a little off. The charsiu buns appetizers were spot on, 7$ for two is fair and quite tasty. I had the tonkutso garlic ramen. Broth was favorful and would probably get it again. I just wished they had blanched the sprouts, it had that too raw flavor to it. Also I would ask them to hold the corn in future. Disappointed the ajitsuke was just softboiled rather than soaked in a soy mirin bath. The soba was a disappointment. I almost sent it back. Soba can be served cold but its meant to be cooked and then rinsed and cooled/refreshed off in ice or cold water before being served. Soba must not be popular here because it came as two balls of congealed soba noodles that had been sitting in the fridge for a while. I had to fight to separate it. The tsukejiru sauce was quite flavorful. Because it had been cooked and chilled for a while, the noodles were also much too hard and chewy. Would I come back? I think so but I would stay away from the soba, corn and sprouts 🙂

My family and I ordered Chicken Karaage (fried chicken) , 2 ramen (Tonkotsu & Shoyu) and couple of other menu. They were all flavorful and their prices for the portions are very reasonable! And the staff were super nice.

My partner and I visited the og location in Witchita Falls, and we were so excited to have Hoshi in our town. The food is so comforting and yummy. We ordered the croquettes, the Hoshi Ramen with gf noodles, and the Texas Ramen with regular noodles. Everything tasted fresh and amazing.

Cute little restaurant! It seems family owned so it has a great atmosphere. The ramen was great and there were plenty of options and ways to customize it. Lots to choose from for people who don’t like ramen as well!

We recently had the pleasure of dining at a delightful Japanese ramen restaurant. Our server was very friendly and helpful in answering our questions as well as guiding us with our food choice recommendations. We started with the pork gyoza for an appetizer. How can you go wrong with crispy dumplings? For our main course we both chose the Texan ramen with tonkotsu broth. The noodles were perfectly cooked which blended well with the rich and flavorful broth. The toppings and condiments were delectable from the melt-in-your-mouth slices of tender brisket to the perfectly seasoned soft-boiled egg. We will definitely be back to try the other appetizers and ramen dishes
