I went there for a burger today by redeeming it via my account and it was supposed to be free but the guy(might be one of mangers) told me I need to purchase something which I found it ridiculous. Moreover, they were blaming me of not having the receipt(the cashier or whoever that was didn’t give it to me)because they were calling out the order number and no one responded to them. Customer service has been going down-hill. WILL NEVER COME AGAIN

I asked for no pickles in my sandwich and I still received pickles. Even my receipt said no pickles. I have an allergy for pickles where it upsets my stomach. Very upset over this. I went up to the counter and the guy whom looked like the shift manager told me that I didn’t say anything about no pickles. I showed him my receipt so he can stop arguing back. I would assume customer service would be better than this, very disappointed.

This lady was rude & had a sarcastic attitude. After I explained to her multiple times I couldn’t get into the app, her attitude was annoyed & she rolled her eyes multiple times. As I was walking out and turned back around to get napkins I see her mimicking me and saying nasty things about me thinking my back was turned & I was walking out. I told her she was too old to act like such a child. And she still said yea whatever in her nasty sarcastic voice. If I didn’t have patients to get back too she would have definitely heard the rest of what I wanted to say.

Bought some tacos thinking great dollar tacos.. this is the first time I got my tacos with literally 10 pieces of shredded cheese.. Im positive did not make any special request. A refund would woild be nice but a satisfied stomach would be better. Next time I’ll dine in soni can make sure my food is atleast to par.

first of all ik you were wondering and yes this is my real name it’s very very common in Lithuania. anyway my 1st mistake was when i confused them for McDonald’s and they took it one step too personally. then when i got my order i dropped the tray on the person behind the counter (sorry Cynthia Garcia) and that was kind of the last straw. overall it’s a decent McDonalds and it has a play pen for the kiddies which is real nice but I don’t allow Jack or jill (my daughters) on it bc they r only 9 yrs young (therefore too young so it’s dangerous, don’t want em getting injured) 10/10 food quality but they don’t serve Big Macs which I found to be a bit impolite but I like this McDonald’s a lot and will be returning even though it’s a forty five minute drive from my residence since my town doesn’t have a McDonald’s and only has Burger King and Wendy’s.

(1) Well integrated with the mobile app, but when you go to pick up the order, the order information isn’t readily visible (e.g., an easy to find number) and if the staff is busy you’ll have to find it on your own. (2) Their impossible burger is great, though when two patties are ordered, they’ve forgotten to add the 2nd one on several occasions. (3) Lettuce, pickles, tomato quality is lacking. Take home and make it real with fresh veggies.

No one here really a) speaks English and b) even know that a Burger King app even exists. I was redeeming a coupon and the manager looked so confused. He was asking what it was and started speaking Spanish… could he not read? I read it to him and he begrudgingly figured it out, after throwing his hands up and walking away for a minute. Very rude. They need training on their own app AND customer service. Won’t come back.
