They need some experienced barista‘s !!!! I got pumpkin ice coffee taste like dirt water I got from a puddle outside!! My salted caramel tasted like ocean water it had so much salt !! Absolutely disgusting!! Need to hire new people they do not know how to make anything!! I paid $15 to just toss in the trash !! On top of all that she was rude !! This was at 9am Aug 24th 2023.

I had my husband pick up my drink and not only did they forget the coffee in my drink they used almond milk instead of coconut! My husband is allergic to almonds and if he would have taken a drink while driving home there could have been problems! Besides that it’s just not what I ordered and there was no actual coffee.

The staff person working today was absolutely rude and definitely did not uphold the Starbucks standards. I watched her be nasty to the customer in front of me and that same demeanor was carried out with myself. Every drink I requested, I was told she did not have all of the ingredients and when I altered my order she rolled her eyes as if I was disturbing her.

I have been to a lot a Starbucks and this location is hands down the best. On a ten point scale they are a 12. This location is extremely clean, organized, the employees are the friendliest I’ve ever meet. I walked out of this location, not only with the best tasting and perfectly sweetened iced green tea, but wanting to work there myself. Keep up the great work. Any time I’m in the area I will always make a stop. Thanks for making my lunch break and the rest of my day so much better!

They need supplies, always out of any sandwich you could ask for! Also hand washing between customers would be nice during a pandemic, gloves and glove changes would be a wonderful addition! I had an employee ring someone up and attemp to make my drink with those dirty gloves and wouldn’t have changed them if I hadn’t requested. Sanitary practices should be in place especially now and going forward.
