I ordered a Cheesesteak wrap on the app, and picked it up in the drive thru. Theemployee was friendly and courteous. When I got it home, the crust was very dry and overcooked. Other that that, it was ok.

So disappointed this evening. After placing my order for pick up I send my daughter to get it. When she gets home I realize they never gave her my sandwich so I call them and tell them that I would like a fresh one and the girl said “we can put one in” and then hung up on me. My daughter goes back and picks it up to bring back a cold sandwich with hard bread . This is not okay. It was their mistake and I was not being rude or unreasonable.

Love me sum good Pizza Hut pizza and sandwiches. Need to add Italian dressing to online sauces menu and need to make sandwiches available with the app points! Most times food is fast and excellent just need to stay open later! The other fast food places are over ran from 9p-12a be cause everyone closes early. This doesn’t do a thing for co-vid so stay open later and feed your community, they are desperately needing a late night pizza option!

Manager was rude after we asked if they could replace something that we messed up on or to give us a refund because we would not have eaten it they did not offer a refund and they did not offer to replace the Pizza and we have Pizza Hut employees messaging us privately on Facebook and harassing us
