We just left Hem Kitchen for bad service and came here highly recommended. Wow. I don’t think I’ve tasted authentic pho broth like theirs since I’ve moved here. I usually put the sauces in with pho, but it was so good (and big) that I had to indulge the dishes as chef made them.

First time here. It’s like a neighborhood restaurant. They cook heartwarming food that warms your stomach and heart. The food was boiling hot and fresh. Just make sure it cools down before you start eating. I love the egg noodle, dry Pho with chicken, and the Bahn mi bread was really nice. Worth to visit.

First time going to Pho 54 for lunch with the Family. Here is my take…the broth was ok, the noodles was kind a little under cook. The beef stripe neednto cut funeral. The one good thing is a small bowl is pretty large. There are a lots of noodle and beef balls. Overall, I give it a 3 stars for pho. Definitely have better pho in Houston.

My boyfriend and I had seen this place being mentioned a handful of times on Youtube, so we chose this place because we were looking for the best pho on our trip Houston. It was pretty good, and something I remember really well is that the broth was on the sweeter side, full of flavour!

Everything here was excellent. The pho portions are massive and the broth was very good. The combination pho had a very generous amount of meat in it as well. The Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea also were really good and are worth a try. Food came out very fast as well.

The Combination Pho and the Chicken Pho were delicious, but the Bone Marrow Soup with the baguette was delectable. It was so tender where it melts in your mouth.

The Banh Mi Xi Quach/bone marrow dip with the baguette was amazing. The bread was so fresh, and the broth was so rich with so much flavor. Got the pho ga. My dining companions got variations of the beef pho and loved it. I thought the chicken pho was a lot more flavorful than other places I’ve tried, even though the chicken was lacking flavor which I think is usual.

I had to try this spot out when I heard about it from a fellow friend. Both of the broth were good but I think it was overhyped for me. They do give you plenty of proteins for both bowls. The vegetables were quite fresh and if you order the pho, you can get your bean sprouts steamed if you like it that way. The small bowl was like a medium for me. The bowl was bigger than my hand in diameter. I got super full and couldn’t finish it all.

Best pho in Houston, especially their pho oxtails with bone in rib. You won’t find another bowl like this anywhere in Htown. The broth is full of beefy flavor, well seasoned and deliver on every note. And don’t forget to try the bun Bo hue Oxtails, it’s a one of kind bowl in Houston. No other restaurant serve this with Oxtails. It’s equally amazingly delicious. They also serve many other Vietnamese dish from rice plate to chicken noodles of different types. 5star!!!!

Pho 54’s BBH is easily the best in Houston. The broth’s spice level is pretty mild IMO, which can be a good thing for those with a lower spice tolerance. It’s a very large serving size for the $12.95 I paid. The service was on point and the food was delicious. Highly recommended!
