I know part of the reason is staffing shortages. However, this McDonald’s needs to step up the game with counter service. It is not fast food when waiting for 15 minutes. Most diners do better than that.

I sat and waited in curbside pickup for more than 25 minutes while the drive thru line proceeded to flow. I understand if it’s busy and it takes time to make the food but no one came out. I went through the drive thru window and explained that I’ve been waiting as I see my food just sitting on the counter. No apologies at all , they just handed me my food and gave me the wrong drink.

I rarely rate anything less than 5 stars but my orders have been made wrong here several times and the workers look confused at the second window. Today, I saw four people who needed to wait for their orders when it wasn’t busy, and a few had to walk inside to fix things. On a different day, I was directed to a parking spot number that a customer was already waiting in. Either new hires aren’t being trained properly or they aren’t getting paid enough to care. It’s also possible that some employees are high on the job based on appearance/behavior. The only upside to getting orders confused was that I got someone else’s meal for free, but I feel bad they probably had to wait even longer to have theirs remade.

The manager was very rude to me. He ask what my number order was and i said the Kiosk machine didn’t print out my receipt. He said great what was your order I told him said ok in a rude tone. He eventually Shoved the bag of food at me. I’m not happy about the business was ran.

I stop if my son is Hungary when I’m on way home from Stanhope where I work as a food server. So it’s after 10 pm. The burger buns were hard and burgers weren’t hot. One time it was close to closing so I ordered from the app.on my way there. I got there right before closing . Was told to leave there closing. I ordered thru the app I said and my card was charged. The manager said again we are closing that I had to leave. I couldn’t believe it. They don’t want my business so went to Wendy’s up the street. There my go to from now on. Food is always Hot Fresh and attending worker always happy when I go thru drive thru even at 5 mins to closing! Thank you for taking pride in your job. I appreciate it, TY from your last minute customers.
