Okay I was finally able to taste this pizza and I was not impressed at all. We placed order via phone, parked in the auto parts parking lot (to the right when you exit the Church Street Pizza front door), gave our credit card to the employee after arriving and the employee placed the pizza on our front passenger seat. When we got home, we warmed up the pizza in our oven, I tried the pizza and the bottom crust reminded me of cardboard, did not taste good at all.

Has Church Street pizza closed?? One of joys was biking in Vienna and stopping in for a slice or 2. Delicious real NY style. But then they moved and even this Vienna native couldn’t locate it for a bit! When I did it was just unfinished drywall and always felt rather temporary. No one was ever sitting at the tables, the TV was never on. The pizza wasn’t as great as it was, but still decent. I feel bad if they couldn’t make a go of it in the new location. To be fair, the old site was always pretty dirty, but the pizza was worth. I do hope they return. There just isn’t any great pizza around Vienna at the moment.

Good NY style pie in the town where I grew up. Yup, I ordered a third slice after my 1st two. Anchovies and banana peppers were very good, gyro meat a bit dry, not much flavor.

Don’t be fooled by the old reviews and picture of the old location. I wish I took a pic of that ridiculous new location!

Placed an order they made the incorrect pizza. Asked me wait so they could remake it. So I get one warm pizza and one cold…if anything I would have expected them to warm up the other one and maybe throw in the cold pizza but nope. I guess these folks don’t know what customer service is. We order a lot of pizza from church street but will be looking elsewhere from here on.

I always enjoy going to this place because the staff are friendly and responsive, and it’s a very personal experience. Today we hosted a Pokemon party for my son’s 7th birthday, and I hadn’t planned ahead on the food as well as I should have. I walked into Church Street Pizza just before the start of the party, showed the staff a picture of a pizza with the toppings arranged to make it look like a Pokeball, and asked if they could do it. Not only did they say yes, but they were excited about it and proud to do so. They cranked out 7 delicious Pokeball pizzas for us in under 15 minutes. They were a hit at the party, and my son and I were very happy. Papa John’s and Dominos may get you a deal with a coupon, but you don’t get service like this anywhere but at Church Street.

The old location was great! A good local, family friendly pizza spot. The new location is an unmarked building. No dine in seating after 4pm, and 50 minute wait time for pick up. Super disappointed in the new way of doing things and miss the old Church Street Pizza.

Loved this pizza here!!! We stumbled upon the restaurant while shopping in the area and we’re so happy we took a chance on it! We ordered pepperoni with garlic from the do it yourself menu and it was amazing! We’ve ordered again since then! Great pizza!

I grew up eating pizza from here and it’s still one of my favorites! I ordered tonight, super busy (of course for New Years Eve) around 5:20 pm and they said it would be ready around 6:30. Lots of people waiting but the employees were super sweet and gave it to me right on time. Always love eating from here! 🙂
