Absolutely horrible. The lettuce was brown, I was lucky enough to get 2 stems on my tomatoes, took over an hour and half for delivery 5 minutes down the road.This location has fallen to new lows. Never again.

This is the 2nd time in 1 week it took over an hour and a half to have my food delivered. And both time my order was wrong. The 1st time I called and the manager had someone bring my correct order (got it in under 15minutes, imagine that) but this time I wasn’t going to bother. It had taken them over an hour and 20 minutes to deliver and wasn’t waiting another hour+. Never again!

They need to work on their order app and provide training to the staff that takes orders. I tried to place an online order, but their app wasn’t up to the task. The most competent element in the process was the delivery person; a senior woman. They forgot to include the chips, and the gentleman taking the order may have been dyslexic, which I don’t take issue with if the person adopts a system that helps mitigate their issue. I repeated my zip code 5-6 times before he finally got it. Another solution is to make sure the right person takes the orders. I paid $24 for 2 subs and 2 pickles. One of the best sub providers is Jersey Mike’s.

Just ordered delivery for dinner and wish I could give more than 5 stars. Delivery was under 30 minutes, all the food was there and correctly made, AND they read the note and added as much oregano as I asked for. The wheat bread is thick but pillowy soft and the toppings are fresh and delicious.

Very Very dissapointed. Took 50 minutes for my delivery. And when it did get there finally. Driver rolled down window and i smelt nothing but maraijuana. I guess you can smoke weed and deliver food. That’s probably why it took so long for my damn food. I’ll never order from this location again. It’s cold subs folks. Should never take that long. Oh and manager wasn’t helpful at all. Thanks Jimmy Johns. Rant over.
