Casual neighborhood restaurant, street parking wasn’t hard to find and if dinning in you order at the counter and seat yourself. Went here specifically for the pickle pizza and it did not disappoint, perfect crust and just the right amount of pickles without being too much. We also had the wings which had a delicious smokey sweet heat and herb parmesan fries that were perfectly seasoned. The staff was very friendly and the food was made fresh to order, served hot in about 15 minutes.

Some friends and I ordered takeout from Bob’s Pilsen location. The pizza is thin-crust like New York-style pizza, with a large puffy crust— it’s technically called “Pilsen-Style”. We ordered 3 pies— Korean BBQ Chicken, Spinach Pesto and Stracciatella, and normal Cheese.

Best pizza, always. And appreciate the note and extra redemption blue cheese dressing, which is 50% of the reason we order from them. They don’t just make the best pizza, they also have the best dressing/wing sauce you’ll ever eat.

The pizza was great!! We got half mushroom and half garlic/basil. The crust is especially delicious. We also got the garden salad. The ingredients were extremely fresh. They also have top shelf ranch dressing. I’ll definitely be ordering from this establishment again soon.

Ordered a couple of pies yesterday. The pepperoni was good, especially since we added on mushrooms. The sausage, however, was the saddest sausage pizza I’ve ever seen. Where’s the beef? Guess who ended up with the slice with only one sausage? Me. Hope they aren’t starting to skimp out on ingredients already. This definitely can’t be “Bob’s favorite.”

Bob’s pizza serves their “Pilsen Style Pizza.” I tried the peperoni and cheese pizza. Their pizzas are 16 inches of flavor cut into 6 gigantic pieces. The hand stretched dough made it crispy with a good chew, which I would say is a perfect crust texture. We had the pizzas delivered, and even after the delivery, the crust maintained its texture. The crust was a little bit charred at the bottom, giving the pizza a desirable flavor. The pizza was finished with seasoning and herbs. Melty cheese, salty peperoni. Very solid pizza. I need to go back to try the other specialty pizzas.

Bob’s Pizza is great. We’ll either start with the sausage pizza and add toppings (pictured) or get the pickle pizza which is surprisingly delicious. Pizza always tastes great but is very heavy. Hot wings were unfortunately too hot for my girlfriend; I liked them but likely will not order again (might try garlic parm though).
