The place is a small restaurant with a nice atmosphere. I visited for the first time with co-workers. The restaurant was full, so I had to wait about 10 minutes to get a seat, even though I made a reservation, but when the food came out, I could see why this place was so busy. Best Thai restaurants around Midtown

Thoroughly enjoyed our evening at 1-2 Thai! Very accommodating service. The Mango Red Snapper was so tasty and the beef masaman curry was delicious . Thai coffee was also excellent!

Last minute decision to get thai for dinner and found this local cute restaurant, we walked in and they were super busy so it was a reasonable wait for a table. We got the massaman roti which was incredible, the flavour was amazing. We shared the Thai Fried Rice & Pad See Ew which were just as good, but the massaman was our favourite dish. The portions are large so we weren’t able to finish our main or have enough room for dessert, so great for sharing. We walked away full & satisfied.

Came in with a craving for the khao soi.. and it was good. Having had khao soi the traditional way, the taste here was a bit different. Very flavor forward with turmeric so if you don’t like that, beware

A lovely little thai spot with good Pad Thai! The staff was sweet and it was a nice relaxing space until about 8pm and a small rush came through. I also had the Thai ice tea and it was nice. Portions were fair for me and the shrimo was so juicy and fresh!

Our dinner here was great especially the pad see ew with shrimp and pumpkin coconut sticky rice. Portions were huge and prices are affordable. The restaurant was pretty full at 6pm on Thursday night. The restaurant is small and cosy. Staff was friendly. Will go back!

Delicious food, great portions and an amazing lunch hour deal ($12/$13 entree + starter) Over the multiple times we have been here, our favorite dishes were the Tom yum soup, drunken noodles and the pad Thai.

SO good, it was super full when we got there so definitely felt lucky to get a table. The panang curry was so well-seasoned- we got it with the tofu and I’m not usually a tofu girl but it was SO well cooked. The only thing that would’ve made it better is if it was sliiiightly spicier but that’s more of a personal preference. Also got the pad thai with chicken and it was awesome too. I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews, it was such a find!
