It makes me sad that this location is so poorly rated. I have been going to this location for over a year, and I have never had a mess-up, or bad experience! I usually place a mobile order and pick up in the drive thru. Everything is fresh & items are correct. Today 7/15/23, I went around 6:50 and everyone was SO nice. I will give this location 1 star for easy access to the location. The dark skinned women manager is terrible. Very rude and condescending. I will no longer go there because of this person. The food is small portions and oddly expensive. You do not get a taco, you get a teaspoon of meat with cheese rolled up. Multiple times incorrect items have been in my order after using the mobile app, in the drive thru ordering in person and in store in person, this is the norm each time I have been there. The service staff appear to be miserable. I can’t stress enough how awful the manager and has terrible customer service skills. I was told that if I wanted to order something I forgot, I have to drive around and re order. I can’t pay at the window even if there is no cars in the drive thru. When my order was wrong she dismissed me and told me it’s my problem. I have given this place too many chances and I am now no longer going to return. It is a strange business model when you don’t want to help your customers or take their money. Odd to me also that the same reviews keep being posted yet the business does nothing.

Alsoooo had a horrible incident with the black manager here completely disrespecting my girlfriend over ordering a additional drink. This place NEEDS retraining.

They had a line which I waited in and still wasn’t able to get my food because I had to be somewhere else. I gave them ample time to assist me and when I came back an hour later they had my food on the counter just out and wouldn’t make it fresh. This is not the first issue I had here but I think I’ll make it my last. When I walked in no one said anything. The guys just walked right past and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Jennifer laughed at one customer who they didn’t make her order correctly all the time not really caring that they do not keep online orders hot and there’s nothing they can do to help you if you order online. I’m very disappointed in this experience.

This Taco Bell location is absolutely terrible. Extremely small portions compared to other locations and their potatoes look and feel like they’re three days old. Completely inedible. I’ll be going to the locations in Yorkville or Montgomery from now in. They are also extremely stingy with their breakfast salsa for some reason. Management is terrible and very immature.

Extreme choking hazard, good thing a child didn’t receive this!!! Manager was unaccommodating, thought it was unreasonable to ask for a full refund; after she admitted she made this burrito- (that I am disgusted that it just so happened to be in the last bite of the burrito), but also my taco was incorrect and made with beef although I clearly stated I am a vegetarian; and then the manager said to me “oh I thought you might bring that up- well the taco was rang in, incorrectly.” – my response was “well on my receipt it clearly says potato- not beef.” So when a person tries to insult my intelligence that I can’t read my own receipt, AND admits to being the one who made the food item with an extreme choking hazard of inedible hard plastic- to only offer a meal replacement of the value box I ordered (the next day, mind you) – I refused…mainly because, WHY WOULD I want to eat at this establishment again, with the gross negligence taking place? No thank you. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.
