Was my second time to eat here. The first time was definitely better. I got the chicken bento. The tempura was not as crispy and didn’t have a shrimp piece like the first time. Also the fried rice was still good but not consistent with my previous visit. I would say it was solid but I would like to see more consistency for each visit.

Came here based off of the 4.5 rating – tbh when i first walked in i thought it was closed it was a ghost town – we were seated finally and the young man who served us seemed like he’s never waited on a table before – my guest had a beer – he brought it over with the cap still on it and we asked if it could be opened and he brought over a bottle opener for him – it was a little weird but ok – the menus were like hand written and when i asked about certain items on the menu the server stated he didn’t know much about the menu or food – i was at that point pretty worried so it kept it super short there – we tried a simple california roll and a spicy scallop roll – the scallop roll was pretty good and the california roll was the norm – the selection on rolls is pretty slim – i read it’s still during a soft opening period and they are just opening – i don’t know if i’d return but the decor and location was nice – i hope it improves!

Huge disappointment 2nd time around when ordering the same dish – Chirashi. We came last Thursday (Aug. 10) at lunch, probably during their soft launch. The Chirashi was offered for lunch special at $17. And it was amazing (see picture labeled as 1) using high quality fish and seafood. However, when we came back today (Aug. 19) again for lunch, the Chirashi increased to $25 which would have been fine if it was the same quality as last Thursday. It was terrible quality of fish selection and the ingredients used were also cheap (see picture labeled as 2). Think twice. Don’t be fooled by soft opening comments. We were excited that the Glen offered good quality shshi restaurant. But now..gee..what an disappointment!

Food was excellent. Sushi was very fresh and nicely prepared. They are still in soft launch mode so they are working the kinks, for example hand written and somewhat limited food and beverage menu. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely return based on quality and flavor of food. But like other reviews, they need to get things in order and become fully operational with consistent food, service and dining experience otherwise they will not survive.

Right now they are doing a soft opening, the menu isn’t officially complete yet but the food is amazing and prices are great. It’s very modern and nice inside; looks very clean and organized. They also have a nice bar with a sushi station inside. Along with the spacious seating inside they have outside seating for people who want to enjoy the breeze. I would 100% recommend coming and checking it out. You are guaranteed to enjoy your time.

It was a great experience took my grandma there, she never had sushi and got the California roll it was so yummy and she loved it!! Sushi is my favorite food and I have it a lot and I can say that this sushi and food is the best I’ve had in a long time!! The atmosphere is great as well, new favorite place!!

We ate here during their soft opening. The portions were very generous, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Great to have a sushi and steak place in the Glen. Please give this restaurant a try. You won’t be disappointed.
