We stopped here on our way back from a camping trip and both got the Clark’s Philly cheesesteak. I subbed out the American cheese for provolone and he added tomatoes and lettuce to his. The bread was amazing! I also got a side salad, which had garbanzo beans and sliced peppers and was really nice as well. It was definitely worth the small detour through a sweet little town! My only critique is that there was no restroom.

Just get the original steak sub. You will never want another steak sub again. The roll was fresh and toasted to perfection, fresh cold veggies, the meat was flavorful and tender. I went twice in a 4 day span and even got a sub fully deconstructed to take home to MD. Chris the owner has a passion for what he does. I went in at 11 when they opened and they already were slammed with online orders.

First time to Clark’s was today. I bought the Dagwood for my sweetheart to drop off for him for lunch we split that it was delicious. My daughter came back and we got the firecracker shrimp wrap absolutely a winner in her eyes and she will definitely buy that again. We look forward to buying and trying more items on your menu. Your staff was very friendly and personable did not have to wait very long at all and the prices are very reasonable. If you haven’t tried them you’re missing out get down to Clark’s happy Easter

The subs are AMAZING! Some of the best in town. I usually get a chicken tender sub (in the Hot BBQ or Mango Habanero sauce) or the Back Yard BBQ chicken and they’re always delicious. Great place.

Wanted a new place to go to in olean for lunch. Decided to try this place out because of all the good reviews. It was so good! I was able to order online and pick it up super fast! I got half Italian and it was HUGE. Easly could have filled 2 bellies. The bread was toasty and the toppings overflowing! The only downside I would have to say is they didn’t leave napkins in the bag. Overall I would deffintly go again! Also for a wensday it was very busy!

So the wife and I have been hearing about how good the food is here so we decided to try it for lunch while the kids were at school. We went in and were waited on right away. I had a 1/2 a Philly steak sub and the wife had a 1/2 a grilled chicken sub to go. I tell ya we weren’t disappointed. The subs were very good. The employees were very nice. We will definitely be back
