Treat yourself… I can tell you how amazing this all is. (And it is) but, tasting is believing! Hands down the best roast beef and sauce I’ve had in the area. The staff is kind and cares about the quality. This is a must stop if you love fresh roast beef sandwiches.

A coworker told me about this place, basically saying that it’s Reading’s hidden gem, and he was right. It’s cash only but where else can you get a beautiful egg sandwich and coffee for five bucks? Food is phenomenal. I can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely the best Roast Beef and Staff in the entire area… kind people, amazing food… enjoyed a wonderful roast beef sandwich with sauce here. Not an overbearing sauce has a great flavor with zing! Bread was soft and fesh… Thank you for serving our community!!!! Bring cash and tip well, they are worth it!!!! Pictures next time… I was so excited I ate it pre-picture. I will be back!!!

This is the best roast beef sandwich you will find anywhere! My 3 year old can finish a whole one on his own and does every other week it’s so tender! Fast service, good prices and great company❤️

The food was very good, but workers were honestly very rude. When I walked in, I felt very unwelcome. The cashier was very intimidating. She shot dirty looks and just refused too acknowledge me. Its obvious that a lot of people in there know the cashier well and that this restaurant is a town favorite. Very unfortunate because the food is so good but the workers treat you like trash.

This place is amazing. You’re always going to get great food, great service, and pay a fair price. The only other review mentions “rampant racism” and “if you were white you’ll be okay eating here” What a weirdo. She also complains about the price because it’s inconvenient to have change “jangling around in your purse” This place has amazing food ans a great diner atmosphere. You may get change back, but that’s the only downside.
