I ordered two pizzas one pepperoni lovers and a super supreme, an order of bread sticks and 24 pieces boneless chicken wings. Cost 83$, after an hour I called and was told they didn’t have an order under my number. Than was connected to the store and learned that they had the wrong name, address, and phone number. They said they would get it straight out to me. After another hour finally arrived. The pizza bead sticks,and wings were cold, the super supreme pizza was turned upside down and looked like it had been flipped over. Worst experience ever had with pizza hut.

Ordered this and took over a hour to get and was luke warm most definitely not even worth 1 star and the costumer service is not exactly pleasant I can honestly say that the pizza hut in my home town could teach y’all how to be better with costumer service

I pre ordered an hour before hand for a pick up order. The order was still 15 minutes late. When we got the food one slice was way different than the rest, and all 5 pies were burnt. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Horrible customer service. Ordered curbside, they didn’t answer the phone when I called to let them know I was there (listened to the music for 15 min after pressing the curbside option.) walked in and almost all the employees (about 5) were on their cell phone as one lady checked someone out.The wings were rubber and cold, cheese sticks were burnt on the bottom and sides, pizza was blah, & the only thing they was decent was the apple pies but didn’t get the icing I paid extra for. Will never go back.

Well, where do I start. I came here with my Grandson from Houston. We decided the second day we were here to get pizza hut. This location was filthy. Tables, kitchen, Windows and doors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a year. Do they not have a health inspection here. I have worked in multiple pizza huts through out my life. And we would never got away with that. Also rude personnel. People with long hair, no hair net. I love this town,, and I’m glad my Grandson will be working and living here. But will never come back to this pizza hut. Also wings were not what we ordered. . There’s more about the food, but I’m tired. But I think this place needs to be reported.

I ordered food during what appeared to be a dinner rush ,and witnessed everyone working in a smooth assembly line. I thought surely this was going to take a while, but to my suprise, it came out in a timely manner. Definitely will come here again. Great food and service with a smile.

Husband ordered a pizza and a melt and it took them an hour and half to get to him. He was staying at the Laquinta Inn down the road and they said no room number was left, idk if the delivery driver couldn’t get ahold my husband they could’ve been smart enough to go to the front desk and ask for him. I’m leaving 1 star only cuz it wont let me post otherwise! Don’t think they need a tip and a full refund should be given..

Ordered online delivery and never received my food. I ordered 2 hours before they closed. They had a door dash driver pick up my food and I got a call that she got lost and didn’t want to deliver it. I tried calling back but ended up getting blocked. So I tried to get a hold of someone at the store but nobody picked up, there was still about 30 min before they closed.
