Stopped in for a to-go order. The guy behind the counter was super nice and very welcoming. I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries, which were fantastic. My daughter had the chicken strips which she gobbled down fast. She was hoping for the Mac and cheese with boneless chicken, but it was no longer on the menu.

We got seated immediately with a half filled restaurant and placed or order immediately. But food took 30 minutes to come out and they forgot about my daughter’s food. Our food came out barely warm. Flavors were great otherwise. Service seemed not happy at all and would leave before checking if we needed anything else.

Been to like four Dozen BWW’s though out the U.S. This one is right on par with the others. Very consistent chain. I would however, be patient with your server since like so many other places they tend to be understaffed. A waitress I spoke with said she had like 12 tables. That’s twice what should be allotted.

Sat at the bar with a friend, ordered 2 beers and an appetizer. Wings were ordered shortly after. 40 minutes later, the wings still had not arrived. Ended up canceling the wing order. Service at the Gilroy location is consistently slow. Will not return.

Wife and ai went there about 530pm on 3/20 and this place should have zero stars. Restaurant maybe 1/4 full and we waited about 5 minutes and no one came to the front at all to greet us. We went to the cashier that was in the bar and was told seat yourself (no signage to do so at the front). We went to this table and it was FULL of ants. We went to another table and it took about 5 minutes before greeted. Once we ordered our appetizer and drinks it took them about 15 minutes before food and drinks showed up. The food wasn’t good and luke warm at best. The drink ordered maybe only 1 cup of drink and rest was water. Once we were done took them about 15 minutes again and we got our bill. We had the payment ready but again waited another 15 minutes so we left our payment for the bill in their drink station and NO tip they received.

The server didn’t come to the table for 40 mins .served people that came in after us and was very vague I’ve never had to come up to a waitress and ask to be helped ,ridiculous! Irregardless of how many tables are being served their is a maximum occupancy for every restaurant so that it doesn’t take this long .food was great service ,horrible !
