Ordered from here about a month ago and it took 2 hours. I gave them the benefit of doubt as they were down to one oven on a Friday night. However, on a Sunday night I ordered at 7:11pm. It said 30-45 minutes for delivery. As of 9:00pm the order has still not arrived. I love Papa Johns, but something has to improve for this place to survive. I should add I feel for the DoorDash driver that sat waiting for the order for over an hour to deliver.

The pizza was delicious. Trouble was, from me calling in the order to tasting the finished product took 90 minutes. Too many orders and not enough workers. I will order again on a slower day, like Monday or Tuesday.

Ordered through papa johns app and they had doordash deliver. I didn’t order doordash and my order was incomplete and had to chase down the driver to get a whole pizza. Ridiculous

I normally love papa John’s. I ordered pizza at 5:45 for carryout. I arrived and the cashier messed something up and canceled my order. The manager came and reentered my order and told me it would be made right away. Which it probably was, because after waiting for 45 min the manager noticed I was still there, and located my pizza just sitting on a self not even under heat. I guess they didn’t know who it was for and just tossed it to the side? I waited an hour for cold pizza and cheese sticks that were cut so poorly they don’t even look appetizing.

Made my order at 7:25. Order didn’t arrive till around 8:35 pm. Called the store and manager said driver must of taken more orders. I said ok that’s fine. Driver with sparkly belt finally brought food. The chicken Alfredo papabowl looked like a sloppy veggie bowl with a chicken bone in it. We always order from this location and the food is good. This was the worst we’ve had.
