Short staffed and waited over an hour for pizza. We had requested delivery, but eventually drove to the store ourselves because it was taking so long. Still waited at the store. Only one person working on a football Sunday! Splurged on a new football pizza. They remembered the laces, but not the regular cheese. We were starving, so we ate it anyways. Wasn’t going to wait another hour for replacement. I pay a premium for Papa John’s, but our local shop can’t meet my expectations.

This isn’t the Papa John’s of years ago. My last three orders have all been wrong or had issues. This time – wrong sauce for the pizza, and for the second time the wings were so lightly “sauced” that they mine as well have been plain. I used to love their wings, but now can’t recommend.

This hole in the wall was the best!!! I haven’t had Papa John’s in at least 10 plus years and I have to say I missssssss it. The food was amazing the staff had their a game on and it was truly a great experience coming from a pizza shop

Ordered $79 worth of food tonight doing the papa pairings.. good deal, only if the food was the way it should of. Wings were lightly/barely sauced, pizzas weren’t the way we ordered them. First time this has happened but will probably order from a different location so this never happens again.

I ordered from there just yesterday September 18th for my kids and I for carryout and every single thing was messed up, not to mention it took them over an hour to get my carry out done. The crust on the pizza was wrong on the I got a the supreme pizza and the crust was wrong I got jalapeno poppers that came with and I asked for ranch and became a no no dressing whatsoever no sauce we also got breadsticks that were pretty plain and had no sauce in the box either and when I called up to the store and asked if my order was ready after 35 minutes of waiting the lady told me that she was the only one in the store working but what I got there there was three she said she had one delivery driver there was three or four cars with signs on top of them and there was three employers inside.

I ordered delivery, but I didn’t hear when the delivery guy arrived. They tried to call me once, but it was a California number so I assumed it was spam. Rather than leave my pizza at the door, they took it back and voided my order. When I called the store manager to discuss, he claimed that they called me “multiple times,” which is false. Still not sure why they didn’t just leave it at the door, I assume they threw it away. I’m not happy, not impressed, and most importantly, not fed!
