I placed an order at this kfc at 8:08pm online through the kfc website for pickup. It was open when I made the order and said my food would be ready at 8:27 pm. I got in my car and drove over and went through the drive thru. No one answered after waiting for 5 mins. So I pulled around to the second window. There was a worker that clearly saw me. I tried to get her to come to the window to explain the situation. She mouthed the words CLOSED. I continued to sit and wait for someone to come to the window. The manager ended up coming 7 mins later and immediately gave me a weird attitude. After explaining to her that I had placed and order online she cut me off and handed me a paper saying to call the number below. The numbers she provided were for Uber eats, door dash and postmates. Before I was even able to explain to her that I placed the order through KFC website she closed the window. I’m beyond upset. I don’t understand the lack of basic respect . I spent $52 on an order I never received.

I randomly asked my friend to drive me to KFC after school and it was the best decision of my life. I will now be eating/getting food there all the time. We went through the driveway, it was quick and the food… best chicken I’ve had in a whileeeee, the biscuit and the fries had me almost in tears. I am not one to share my food but I had to share with my friend and it’s safe to say we will be coming back. Thank you so much.

No signs to let you know the inside is closed. Out of mac n cheese and then my biscuit is basically raw. I’ve had consistent issues with this place being unprofessional. From now on , I’m driving the 15 extra minutes it takes to go to the KFC by Lanc city.

How are you going to have your store under construction and not have any way of telling customers. I came over 30 mins to get some seafood and Sat at the drive thru for over 5 mins honking and calling out hello. No answer! I even asked on of the guys working outside if the store was open. I went to go inside and order and saw a construction site. So unacceptable! Also tried to call number form online and it was busy.

I pulled up to the drive thru window at 5:30PM. I waited at the speaker/microphone until someone came across the speaker at 5:32PM and stated “hold on”. I placed my order off of the Long John Silver’s menu at 5:35PM (as noted on my receipt). My order was for a Family Pack to include 4 pcs of fish, 4 pcs of chicken, 8 hushpuppies, and my two sides of (French fries and coleslaw).

Place wasn’t even open. Stood in the drive thru for over 5 minutes and no one was there. No signs in the window and both doors are locked. The major issue I have with this is, this has happened MULTIPLE times at this point. I mean it’s been a constant issue of them locking their doors and sometimes being open for drive thru or not at all. Struggling with Staffing I’m assuming. Other than the issue of being actually open, the food is really good and the service is pretty quick. I just hope they actually stay open and not be randomly closed at times, if they do close at least give a reason on the door instead of me running around the doors and waiting in the drive thru.
