Taco Bell in Smyrna de is the ABSOLUTE WORST ONE IVE EVER BEEN TO! Not only are they rude but the food is TERRIBLE. I got Chalupas with all lettuce and 1/3 of a teaspoon of meat. Idk why I bothered to go there more then once! Every single time! Awful!!! Shut it down

My husband waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for food that was stale. It was cold and wasn’t what was ordered. If it didn’t take so long to take it back we would have returned it, but it definitely was not eaten. It was absolutely disgusting and the worst Taco Bell I have EVER HAD! I will never go there even if it was the last food on earth!

This is a great place to go if you don’t know your own self worth. Is the bad service worth poorly re-heated, diarrhea inducing fast food? I think the answer is a resounding no. As a former food service worker, this place has some of the most unmotivated and rude employees I’ve ever seen. At a drive through once, I requested to do separate orders as I had a friend with me and I was told I’d have to go inside if “you wanna do all that.” It’s not hard to take an order on a POS system and then ring someone else up directly afterwards. In fact, that’s kinda what they were made for. Anyways, avoid this place like taco bell products avoid absorbing nutrients in your digestive tract.

Place is a complete trash dump. Ignorant staff doesn’t know how to get orders correct. And the incorrect food is always terrible. Pulled up at 12:10pm to order lunch and the ignorant worker told us to pull around because they weren’t ready yet and told us we had to move because they’re on a timer. Eff this place and most other drive-thrus in Smyrna.

Honestly, save your time… and appetite.. and go elsewhere. This location consistently has some kind of issue almost every time I have been here. Orders are more often wrong than correct. Half the time “Taco Bell is closed”. Oftentimes they are not even open/working during normal business hours. The overall 2 star rating with hundreds of reviews feels accurate.
