Wow I feel guilty giving this place a 5 simply because I LOVE my Sultan Wok in Edison. They’re food basically taste the same. I was a little afraid because I thought their was going to be nasty. I had a terrible experience w other restaurants thinking the food taste the same simply because it’s other the same Franchise. I’m impressed.. I enjoyed the meal.

Bro, I was out of town craving my absolute favorite food. I gave sultan wok a shot. Primarily because they delivered . Ordered the fried potatickers, fire! Ordered the homemade egg rolls another win! And then topped it off with the sesame beef mind blowingly good! They called me when the food arrived and the delivery guy was so happy to deliver the food. Then I tipped him cash and grass. He almost hugged me. I would definitely recommend this joint. I will definitely order again!

I am heated. We found a bug in our food. We order chicken low mein. I called the place, took a picture and instead of apologizing she blamed me of lying. I show her the picture she said that is not proof. I should have brought the food with the bug in it. And how would she know the bug came from the food and not my house. I was dumbfounded. Not once did she apologize. she slam the door in my face and said for me to never show my face in the store again. They are so disrespectful and I had to tell her that I will called the Health department.

I’ve been ordering items from their menu weekly. Some of my favorites are Chicken with Broccoli, Chicken Fried Rice, General TSO Chicken, Chicken Curry…and a lot more. They only have food for takeout, but that is OK. They are always courteous and their food is delicious.

I’ve been a customer for years… I experienced a horrible customer service over a complaint for salty food. I drove 45 minutes from an errand to go pick up food and then drove another 30 minutes home @ 9:15pm only to realize the food had too much salt in it. Could barely eat any of the food and had to make something else for dinner. I called next day to complain the food was too salty and there was no apology rather a confrontation from the owner/employee who took my call. She was overly rude, yelled at times and indicated they would only refund or replace untouched food items. During the return, again she yelled and told me never to order again from their restaurant, which I gladly will never do again. Better off going elsewhere!

Went today to place an order for takeout. I assume she was the owner of restaurant who took my order. I ordered the same dish as usual and had enjoyed this item dozens of times over 5 years now. There was a discrepancy with the final total which came in at $31.45. I thought she stated the price of $13.45, but when I reviewed my receipt I noticed the overcharge. She was nasty, unprofessional and not very diplomatic handling and managing her faulty incompetent error. I decided to cancel the order in process and request a refund which made her more contentious and pugnacious.She needs to control her temper and improve her customer service skills when interacting with the public. The rating of “1” for this establishment is far too generous. She yelled and screamed obscenities at me and stated “don’t you ever come back here again” .

Very rude customer service. Their food is good but too oily. I ordered lomein and the lady made me buy extra food to meet the minimum order requirement for delivery. They charge for delivery as well. So at the end she asked me if I want to give any tip to the rider. I was going over my credit card limit already since it was the beginning of the month I said no it’s fine. Also, because I already had to spend extra $10 for delivery by buying extra food and paying for the delivery as well. So she asked me again. I said I am already paying extra and delivery charges so it’s fine. She laughed at me and said oh my God in a very humiliating tone. I said okay you can keep a tip if you want. She said $1 or $2. I said $1. She laughed again as if it was too little and hung up.
