The brisket and cheddar sub was awesome! I could tell the cashier was close to the end of her shift and just wanted to end her day – no big deal.

This was my first time eating at Firehouse Subs. I’ve always passed by but have always wanted to try. I’m glad I did. As soon as you walk in, the staff greets you and welcomes you in. You weren’t hurried by anyone to order. I tried the Hook & Ladder sub. It was so delicious. Next time, I’ll order the larger sub. It tasted so good to be hot. Both my wife and I enjoyed our subs very much. We will be coming back to Firehouse Subs again.

The food was great and all but one person there was really nice. The person who waited on me was kinda crabby. But I will still go there.

Great spot for lunch! The sandwiches were very good, quick, and the value was there for the price. Will be eating here again!

We ordered for pick up 30 minutes before closing. While on our way to pick up, we received a message that our sandwiches would be ready the next day. Went to restaurant before 9pm to clear up the issue & they were closed even though it was posted they would be open. Called several times the next day during business hours & no answer however charge was on credit card (pending). Checked Facebook & it has Firehouse Racine, but the wrong state listed (California) yet the Zipcode is Wisconsin. Not sure what is going on but it has been frustrating.

Positives outweigh the bad. Sub choices and quality are excellent. My wife loves the Club Sub on white, it’s her standard. Today I had a regular size Hero on wheat combo which included a cup of chili and a “Medium” soda. It’s a large, refillable medium and I absolutely love the Coke Freestyle Soda machine ( see pic) countless choices of flavors. Between the sandwich and chill I was stuffed and I went in hangry. My wife was satisfied with her sub – it was completely gone. The negatives, the chili was tasty and at the temperature that I like BUT unfortunately it definitely was not at proper restaurant temperature of 135° – 165° And the men’s room floor needs a good mopping. It’s a good thing that I was hungry because the floor could easily ruin an appetite.

I went to firehouse about 2 weeks ago, called in my order around 8:15. Showed up at 8:30-8:40 ish and as I’m trying to check out the girl at the register cuts me off my saying “sorry we are just trying to wrap things up”. Sandwiches were poorly thrown together. Whatever I ignored it. BUT tonight I show up to a staff that is completely unprofessional when I’m trying to order and cutting me off to talk to each other, I get home to again the messiest sandwiches and the cherry on top of all this is finding a wrapper mid bite… I LOVE firehouse subs but unfortunately feel as though I cannot return to this location.

Food is typically great n it was this visit however when u place a Togo order online u expect it to be ready at time of order which it rarely is but that’s just me venting. This sub shop is awesome food wise staff is quiet and unwelcoming most of the time.

The food is great; the customer service SUCKS!! I wanted to treat my staff to lunch but was told by a very rude lady that I was ordering to many sandwiches, (I was ordering 40) and they would not be able to take my order. Mind you; I called at 10:30am as soon as they opened. I then call the store in New Berlin, 4824 S Moorland Rd. and they made 41 sandwiches’, soup and a salad and was ready for pick up by noon. Kudos to the New Berlin location! I made sure that I gave them a tip that reflected my appreciation. Going forward I will be driving the extra miles to give them my business before I give another dime to this location. No matter how good the food is; good customer service is key.
