We’re from Seattle, WA and we’re driving through and wanted to experience southern seafood boil. We came here because of the high ratings and it didn’t disappoint! Service was super friendly and accommodating. The food was seasoned really well that you didn’t need to dip it in butter or the wonderfully spicy Sammy sauce, but it sure adds to the flavor when you do! Everything was clean and nice music kept us tapping our feet. We would definitely love to come back here if we’re near Shreveport!

These people are nothing short of amazing!!! The way the employees are treating guests, no matter how large or stressful the order. Still smiling! I witnessed the Sweetest Grandma bring her football team of grandkids to eat. They come in every week it sounds and they get an amazing deal bc the kids love the food and the owner knows. Amazing food from amazing people. Growing up down South, I can tell you this is getting Cajun cuisine lol Best I’ve had!!! I guess I’ll give it 5 stars but it really just deserves a tiny bit of recognition. Can’t wait to eat there again. Been twice now.

We visited on our way back to Denver. We had no idea what to order but the lady that took our order guided us on what to get. She even gave us some to try before we ordered! She warned us it was spicy but delicious! After we ordered we asked about some food for our little one and they didn’t have any but they offered to make some mac and cheese for him. This was a very nice gesture from them The food was delicious!!!! Even my kid that does not eat seafood ate so much! Awesome food experience with them on our road trip! The sauce is soo good. We will be back again if we go back to Louisiana!

We decided against eating here only because my friend wanted fish and they didn’t serve it. We were told that they were looking into adding it to the menu in August though. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place was very clean and the Crawfish smelt amazing. I would definitely give it a try if ever back in the area again.

Sammy closed at 9 pm, and we got there at 8:52 and was greeted by the nicest owner and family. I loved their hospitality! I am an avid seafood eater, and let me say this: THE FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE. Every piece of seafood was fresh and boiled to perfection. I can go on and on, but I suggest everyone add this place on their list of places to eat.

Over the last two years, ive had around 50lbs of crawfish from here and not once did I get a bad batch. they are amazing everytime and some of the best tasting crawfish I have had. GET THR SAMMY SAUCE AND THANK ME LATER. The Sammy sauce amazing to put it lightly.

Let me just say, when you go pick up your food everything is great. However being that I live a ways from them I door dash often and the quality is absolute TRASH. I’ve had an issue 9/10 times when door dashing with them. They are sloppy, careless, and do not include everything you pay for which is a complete rip off! If you are not able to go and get your own food, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Door dash should completely take them off as an offered restaurant.

AMAZING FOOD!!! My family was driving from Fl back to Idaho, a mini van with 3 kids, 2 adults and 1 dog! I was hoping to find a great place to eat some authentic Louisiana creole cuisine and found this place! They did not disappoint! We ordered a couple shrimp and crab platters, 1 LB of crawfish and it was AWESOME! Hit the spot for my craving of some Louisiana style food. Definitely recommend

Started going to Sammy’s the first week that it opened in Shreveport. Was impressed by the quality of the food originally. I have noticed a steady decline in quality, service and value. My last 3 pans that I purchased had to have been the dirtiest crawfish/ seafood that I have ever gotten anywhere. They truly were mudbugs. There couldn’t have been any attempt made to clean them. I would taken it all back had it not required a 45 min drive back from Tx. Very disappointing!!!
