I recently had dinner at the Chipotle Mexican Grill on Maple Grove Pkwy in Maple Grove, MN. I was very impressed with the food, which was all fresh and delicious. The beans were cooked perfectly, the rice was fluffy, and the vegetables were crisp. I also appreciated that the food was not too greasy or heavy.

This location should probably just be closed. I tried to walk in to go buy some food at 7:40. On the front of the door it says the lobby closes at 8:00 online only. So I walk in with over 20 minutes to spare and the whole counter says online only. What is the point of having online only when you have people working there?..

So, I always ordered online and Saturday was my 1st time going to the actual store. It was packed. When was my turn, the 1st guy who helped me was so rude that made me cry (no jk), then I was about to walk out but my daughter was hungry and there was a very nice girl who end up helping up. Will not reccomend, just an excuse to bait and switch customers by not letting them see the food being made often with gross absence undeserving of ingredients and horrible presentation of various signs that are misleading and chairs blocking access to the counter, not a resulting reason to operate but a poorly lazy worded excuse of a staffing shortage to serve only a handful of people at the bare minimum of quality. Even worse the food looked largely downgraded from what was made before again a poor excuse to secure profits rather than taking money made that should be rightfully invested into your establishment

The store had signs up saying the lobby was closed and another sign saying online orders after five. We felt rushed even though it was only 3:15pm. The food was good, service was ok but the atmosphere was not the best! First time at this location and we probably will drive a little further to our normal location.

The girl taking my order didn’t listen and added things I didn’t ask for in my order. We were the only ones in the store, when she told me to pay I did and she added cheese while I was talking to the cashier my sister has a severe allergy and couldn’t eat her tacos. The girl was dismissive and talked to her coworkers about the order not being wrong. I will never go back to this location again.

If you are a fan of adding all the fixings to your burrito, go to another location. They can’t roll a burrito, opened, took a bite and the whole thing fell apart, and this was there second chance to do it and it was awful, I wanted a burrito, not a salad on top of a tortilla. Service was fast tho and it was crowded, but no one in front of me or behind me, I looked to be the last of a rush, took 5 minutes, but would have liked it to be 15 minutes if the that meant they actually rolled my burrito. Saw him doing it but still took it and paid because I ordered it. Very disappointing.

Always a great place to be friendly kind staff, a lot of training going on when I’m there but always seems like their team members either learn fast or their trainers are really good at teaching cause it doesn’t slow the line down hardly at all.

This is probably the worst chipotle in westchester. They always run of steak and chicken proteins.. why are you running low on stuff when you just open. On top of that they’re always giving online orders to the wrong people and don’t even get me started on how horribly they roll burritos
