Drove six miles one way. Ordered 2 two piece meals, 1with one side the other with 2 sides. Waited 10-15 minutes for food. Received order and drove 6 miles back home. Two sides were completely missing, chicken was chewy and biscuit tasted soured. Second time this scenario has happened at this location.

On 05/27/22, We were given soda with NO ICE, it tastes warm and flat……… We talked with the manager, he said they don’t have ice, neither can give us money back or discount for it. It is fair to get a discount in this situation since we were not given what it is advertised….. At least, They can informed us about no ice before ordering, right? As regular customers, we were treated very bad. Not to mentioned, our order was not correctly made either. Many other times, they do very good.

First off inside is dirty. Floors haven’t even sweep, an mopped. trash on floor an on tables. Food was cold. They had no ice for drinks. Then one of the workers did a drug deal. Man came in asked for the worker they both went in bathroom 2 seconds later worker comes out on the man leaves. We definitely will not be back.

We pulled into the drive through and ordered our food. After we got to the window and paid we were told it would take about 6 minutes for the food to get done. So we were directed to the front of the building to wait. We sat for about 15 minutes and saw maybe 6 or 7 other cars pass by us in the drive through. I finally had to get out and go inside the building. When I talked to the person at the counter about my order. They didn’t even know what I had ordered and had to ask me again then they started making it right in front of me. There was only about 5 people working. While I was waiting I walked around the lobby a bit and the floor was disgusting to the point that there was dust bunnies, crumbs, and trash all over the floor. The trashcans were overflowing, the soda machine area was disgusting and trashed. All on all. Will NOT be going back there unless things change.

I visited the Marion, IL location on Monday. It was my first & last visit. I placed a mobile order & it said online that I could go through the drive-thru or come inside. I went through the drive thru & they refused to give me my order unless I came inside. I said I have to come inside even though the app says I can go through the drive thru & she said yes. I asked for a refund & they said they couldn’t do it & that I would have to on the app. I went inside to get my food & was told they were out of their regular chicken sandwich & asked if I wanted the other. I said no can I just get a refund. Then the manager told me that I had to do it myself on the app. I said ok, will you show me where to go to on the app? She said no I can’t. I was flabbergasted. Very poor customer service! I can’t imagine talking to my customers that way. I said that’s fine, I’ll call corporate & speak to them. She said ok thanks, have a good night. I didn’t receive one single apology for the inconvenience. There needs to be some management training soon at this location. I don’t know how they’re staying open. The majority of reviews are negative.

This was the 1st time goin there. Went thru drive thru. I told the lady that I needed 2 of there #2s 2pc and how I wanted them…she only rang in 1 order and totaled it out. I had 3 orders for the same ticket…so the other orders ended up on a separate one…they were all supposed to be the same. I get to the window to pay, and asked to make sure that all 3 orders where there..the lady was very hateful and rude when she told me yes. Get home with the food…only 1 order was correct. The food was ok but I will NOT be back.

I went through the drive thru to purchase the ghost pepper wings. I was told to pull up & wait after ordering. I was 2nd in line of 3 cars waiting. I waited @ least 20 mins & the car in front of me was already there when I pulled up behind it. They never said what took so long nor did they apologize for having us wait so long.
