Although the food is great. We prepaid for a ham before coming and pick it up before thanksgiving. We prepaid, we reserved time to pick up. When we got to the store, the line was incredibly long. The security guard said the line had to be made and that it did not matter if we selected time to reserve and prepaid.

This must be the worst franchise location Honey Baked Ham has. We reserved and paid for a ham for thanksgiving 2022. When my son arrived at the appointed time there was a 4 hour long wait. My wife called and was told they were shorthanded. “No one wants to work.” My wife was told by the manager that she would be staying late to process all the refunds. To this day we have not received a refund. Every time I call I am told the manager is not in, my information is taken but no one ever calls. After 40 days my only option is to call the credit card company.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Had appt to pick up my ham the day before thanksgiving. Little did I know that I’ll be in line 5 hours later. Got in line at 7pm left at 12.15am. Yes! left the store the next day. Only one cash register was open, 100 people in line. Security officer was arguing with customers. The owner was outside smoking. Truly will never go back to this store again. UNACCEPTABLE !!!

Today was horrible for starters the advertising is misleading because when you arrive you are shown a line outside the building to stand up in even though you have been given a on line confirmation number then you enter the building after about an hour and then you will have to stand in line again for about fifteen minutes. NEVER again will I accept this type of thing from a vendor the owner was on site however he never spoke to or addressed the problem. The customer deserves better treatment.

I ordered the tavern club sandwich and the broccoli salad for lunch one day. Probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Bacon on sandwiches/burgers are usually pretty disappointing because there isn’t enough of it and it isn’t crispy. This sandwich had just enough bacon AND it was crispy despite the tomatoes and mustard covering it. The ham…there is a reason why this ham is so pricey and it’s because it is exceptional. They aren’t greedy with it or the turkey on this sandwich either. I had intended on only eating half of this sandwich for lunch but it was too good to risk having it be soggy later due to all the wet ingredients on it. As for the broccoli salad…it was good. Nothing special about it. I was a bit disappointed with the portion I was given though considering the price I paid but the sandwich made up for it. I will absolutely be ordering from here again.

Got smoked turkey that was dried out and like leather. Will never go to this store again. The ham is not the quality as before. $90.00 I could make my own cheaper and have better quality.

Ordered 4 items from this store a week before thanksgiving. They were already paid for, I got there for pick up the day before thanksgiving and the line was down the street. I waited 3 and a half hours in line. That didn’t make sense that I would have to wait almost 4 hours in line if I’ve already ordered and paid for something a week before. When I got to the front of the line, they didn’t have 2 items I paid for already and they only gave me 2 items instead of the 4 I paid for. Poorly ran, and poorly organized.
