I stop by every now and then when I get a hankering for a pretzel dog, and I’m never disappointed! Their jalapeño pretzel dog is the best, and the staff is always friendly! Even better that I can place my order online and it’s ready when I get there. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

I love Twisted Pretzels. They are always freshly backed, the dips are really good with the pretzel, and the service is great. My favorite pretzel is the pepperoni twist with butter and marinara sauce. I go almost once a week just for the pretzels.

This was my first time trying this place…and I was trying to look at menu to see what they had and the lady walked up to me and said hey how you doing what can I get for you and I said gimmie just a min I’m looking and the other man there proceeds to say look in the Window to see what I got and atp I felt rushed to order because I was trying to see the prices and stuff because I never been there and so the man have me my total and I’m pulling the money outta my wallet he mumbles something but I don’t know what it was but he was extremely rude

At first all was going well. They sell Dippin Dots but did not have flavors listed so we asked the young lady what flavors they have. As she is listing the flavors a gentleman, whom I believe to be a manager, abruptly moved her out of the way and asked us what we would like. We again asked for the flavors to which they offer. He said “which ones you want”. Since we did not know the flavors we asked again. With some frustration in his voice he started naming the flavors. After we made our selection we then asked how much for a cup of ice water. His response was that they do not sell ice water. This was after another customer we witnessed get a cup of ice water. Food was good. Service was terrible. Would only recommend this place as long as the gentleman that assisted us was not there. Unfortunately I I do not have his schedule.

I was in Northpark trying to decide if I wanted your twisted pretzel or cinnabon for lunch. When I approached the counter I hear from across the way “mam”(yelling) “I’m on my lunch break” even though yall just opened 3 hours ago and looks like your food has been there for a while. Dough sitting on counter in open “while shes on lunch break”.

I got the almond crunch pretzel, the person didn’t even butter it before putting the toppings on… It didn’t stick and all my toppings fell off. Even though my toppings fell off I still enjoyed their pretzel.
