The fact you all are paying them so much for them not to do there job!!! The hours say they close at 12am. I went at 10:42 for my food got home just to find they had given me a burger without the bottom bun, no ingredients. I went back and the guy told me “Let me go get my manager to see what we can do because we are closed.” I said okay. The guy goes and his manager said “you will have to come back tomorrow to see what we can do.” I told him I want him to come here. The guy goes and just clocks the widow and said no. I can not believe they think they deserve more for a job they can’t even do. I have NEVER in my life been so fustered and treated like this at any other restaurant. The night shift that was working the night of July 29th need to be shown what they get paid for and how customers service is. The Manger on duty needs to be fired from his or her role.

Worst Ever! These people must really hate their jobs. They are skimpy on the food. Slap together the sandwiches sloppy and not to mention the eye roll I received when I asked for ketchup. Definitely would not recommend this McDonald’s. Plus the building is falling down!!! Yeah that’s supposed to be a Large fry.

Great service from the cashier. He was very nice. There was a girl in the back making horrible comments to another coworker, including the f word. A boss was calling her down, but she wouldn’t be quiet. The entire dining room could hear her.

Got a quarter pound w/ cheese combo. The fries appeared to have been fried to re- warm. These were terrible and the sandwich was lik suck. Others are fine just this one location.e warm. I constantly have complained about this location even not visiting for over a year. They still suck.. other locations are good.

Drive thru order taker was all but a walking zombie. It wasn’t daybreak either…it was close to 9:30 a.m. His monotone voice was a dead giveaway to what I witnessed when I got to the window. Worst customer service ever Sunday. 8/13/23,…bigger-sized, young black man.

Very rude and mouthy girl at the drive thru…the gentleman told me to pull forward then a lady starts screaming at me to go to number 2..I said okay but told her the gentleman told me to just pull she again screamed at me that he didn’t say that and to move now to 2. I am not a stupid woman and do not appreciate being screamed at and scolded by a cashier..I will never go to this location ever again..the cashier needs training and a talking to…this was ridiculous

My service was outrageous I had a code for a free sausage burrito then the employee then told me it was just for points even tho it already took my points out and it was literally right infront of me where it said it was for a sausage burrito I will never be eating here again and my burrito I got that I had to pay for was cold and stale

I went to this McDonald’s at 12:39 on 3/8/23. I pulled up to the window and heard crackling over the speaker. I could not tell if someone was trying to speak to me so I said ” hello?”. They responded with ” what do you want?!” I gave them my order and they said ” you could not have waited five seconds to order?” I said ” what did you say to me?” And I got no response. I reported the rude exchange to the manager and he said he would take care of it. I have worked in customer service before and I know it can be hard. But rude behavior is not appropriate in my opinion.

Just dont. You will do your own order or it wont get done. And please dont confuse the person at the drive thru. Our bill was $4.26. I gave her a $5 bill and 1 penny. She gave me .74 cents. I said, ‘I gave you a penny, so you could give me a quarter. So I get 3 quarters back.”, and I handed her the 2 dimes and 4 pennies she’d given me. No joke. She had to call the manager. She slammed the window shut then opened it up and said, “So what do you want?” I said, “my quarter.” The manager gave her my quarter and she handed it to me and slammed the window shut. We pulled forward to get our food. When we rolled up, weed smell just rolled out the pickup window. It was disgusting!! Nope, this place has gone straight to rock bottom. And the food? Worst ever.
