What In the hell happened to Moe’s . Empty parking lot on moe Mondays , 1 guest inside eating , no staff to greet u as u walking let alone take ur order. Chicken on the grill with no one attending to it . The pandemic is over , get back in the game . Won’t be long before this location closes if this continues.

Tried this because the Chipotle in town sucks, but this place was eqauslly as bad. Rice wayyyy undercooked. Felt like I was eating wood pellets. Service was fast and good but I mean everything is already prepared so it should be.

Went in for some food with the fam. Seems they were out of a good portion of the menu. Witnesses some interaction between staff members that was rather on the demanding side. Service station did not appear clean which was surprising given the lack of patronage in the place. We decided to leave and take out business elsewhere. Had been to other Moe’s so this was surprising to us. Hope you turn this establishment around.

1. No welcome. 2. Tiles on ceiling missing due to water leaking. 3. Food is so-so. 4. There are only minimal (3 to be exact) types of flavors at drink station. (We were not notified of this either. They clearly knew since we’ve seen an employee get a Rootbeer.) 5. Drink station is flooded. 6.Tables not clean. (Crew disappears in back) 7. Sign fell and nobody has fixed it. 8. A/C seems to be broken. It was very warm inside. 9. Bathrooms are not very clean.

I have not been to Moe’s in a long time but my friend wanted to. I just moved to Lakeland so never been to this location. The experience was awful and now I know why I haven’t been & will frequent other Mexican fast casual establishments.

I normally dont post negative reviews but this was the dirtiest Moes I have ever been in. The floors were sticky to walk on, all the seats were covered with trash and food, the fountain drink machine was empty except for 1 choice, the chairs were all over the place and the kitchen/grill area looked like it hadnt been cleaned in quite a while. The employees that waited on me were actually quite friendly and helpful but the restaurant was a disaster.

Went in for dinner and was greeted with a sign on the door that said, “Sorry, out of rice”. We decided to stay and started to place our order and quickly learned that it wasn’t just the rice that was out. They were also out of adobo chicken, corn, and grilled vegetables. The restaurant was empty except for one either person in front of us. The food prep area was messy, and no one had wiped it down in hours. We canceled our order and left & won’t be back.

I had a terrible experience at this Moe’s, which I have not experienced at any other Moe’s. They were out of chicken so I had to wait around 20 minutes more for my order. I did not receive salsa with my chips even though I asked for it 4 times. The drink machine was not working, I could not get water with my food. The employees did not seem to care about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this Moe’s to anyone
