Went to LA for a school residency trip/Birthday trip in April. So I had to check this place out before we left. I brought my son along for the trip since his birthday was a week after mines. I mainly went for the cheese bread bowl and it did not disappoint! The time we went was early in the day around happy hour and there were only 2 other parties so the restaurant was quiet which was perfectly fine with us given the normal LA evening scene. I also ordered the oysters with gold flakes and caviar which was smoothe and very good. The salmon and it was perfectly cooked and the drinks were perfectly mixed and had the right balance. Our server delivered top tier service and actually talked to us holding conversation but he was not hovering which is always great! Our server also brought me a big slice of chocolate birthday cake surprising me and lit a sparkler candle. I’m definitely going to visit this place again because the food and service was perfect!!

A fancy downtown restaurant and bar with decent food open late. Polite service. Poorly lit, flashy bar, touting an elevated experience. You know the vibes. Our table tried the pasta, burger, and salmon. Food took a while to get but was decent overall. The Le Grand Rigatoni was flavorful with a rich tomato sauce. Pasta was expensive but bizarrely the biggest plate of pasta I’ve ever gotten in my life—I got 4 meals out of it! I’d much rather pay less for a more reasonable portion instead of eating leftovers for multiple meals. Not the best bang for your buck, but would probably go back.

Want a casual but still fancy place to eat? This is your spot! Great place for a first date. Vibes, ambiance, and food was delicious. I ordered the filet mignon, medium rear, and it was sooooo juicy. Portions are big, so if you don’t eat a lot, maybe share a plate. House sangria was very refreshing and delicious.

Amazing restaurant and bar! I’ve seen it at night and it’s lit up so beautiful. I decided to stop in for brunch and I was not disappointed!! Probably some of the best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had, and I’ve had them A LOT. Great service. Reasonable pricing. Bottemless mimosas are a bonus. Highly recommend.

Went here for a friends birthday a few months ago. We had a pre set menu for it so I chose on of their steaks and a Caesar salad for appetizer(everything else is seafood and I cannot eat that). They couldn’t make accommodation for me to have something else since everything else was seafood which I thought was fine. I did not like that the portion size of the other appetizers were almost double and looks much more appealing than the Caesar salad as well. The taste of the salad was nothing special and the steak was alright but not worth that price. In my opinion, the best part about this place is the atmosphere and how they have violinist and other people entertaining you. Lastly, there was a miscommunication with the bartender there and it caused a bit of drama. It was partially our fault but the way he reacted was not professional at all.

One of the best cocktail place in LA with good quality food. Food that digest in our stomach easily. Loved the music. Avoid going over the weekend. I enjoyed more during the weekdays. Would visit there again.
