I have never been to a place that would not accommodate a vegetarian! Drove 6 miles off interstate and they would NOT substitute grits for the bacon. They were going to charge me extra $$ when I don’t eat meat. I asked both the lady at the bar and then asked the front desk ladies and no one would resolve it. Unbelievably disappointed in this place!

Great service but the food was not totally brag-worthy. The main course was good but the sides were bland. I only had one menu item and can only speak for that…other things may be excellent. I had a special of fried catfish fillet covered in crawfish etouffèe with a side of steamed broccoli and potatoes and gravy. The gravy was some sort of yellow looking gravy that wasn’t very flavorful and there could have been more etouffèe on the fillet. The service and as top notch though.

I ordered food via Grubhub and on the app it showed that the restaurant was open and accepted my order. A few minutes later, it showed that my order was accepted and was delivered. Thinking the driver might need directions to my location so I sent him and text and he replied with my “Kem’s is closed!” So I checked the status again and it showed that my order was still on the way. That’s when I received a call from someone at Grubhub telling me that in fact the restaurant was closed and that I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days! If your restaurant is closed, state that on the app so that people don’t lose money!
